2/10 Terrible

Not worth the noise and broken fixtures
The staff are friendly and helpful, but that cannot compensate for the lack of security and the poor state of repair of both the building and the flat.
The flat looks beautiful but is on the third floor above at least 10 nightclubs all in the open air hallways on the main floor of the building. If you are familiar with Torremolinos' infamous 'Monkey Bar' it's right under your windows. The security gates are propped open day and night, the front doors to the building are propped open all day and there were random people with luggage 'camping' in the lobby on the day and first night after we checked in. The entire complex is crumbling and large sections of the common areas are dug up, cordoned off, and falling apart. We have plenty of photos and videos to document the defaults, but cannot be uploaded here.
The blinds work by remote - but none worked on our stay. They were randomly stuck up or down or half-way with the electrical wires dangerously exposed. The management argued with me via what's app endlessly that I just didn't know how to press either the up or the down button correctly. They finally sent a maintenance worker who reported that he'd have to come back on our only full day with a ladder, tools, and an electrician to get them working.
The bathroom slider door was stuck open, as was one of the closet doors, the front door must be SLAMMED which I'm sure annoys the neighbours.
We were kept awake with the partying until the clubs downstairs finally closed at 4am and then the revellers hung around under our bedroom window for at least another hour. At 9am someone rang our doorbell and ran away.
We checked out a day early at 10am and refused to stay for our second night valuing our safety and sanity instead. We were not offered a single euro as compensation for endless troubles.
