Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Two parking passes are allowed per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars. Boat trailers are not permitted. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essential items.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years of age, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.

It was a great location close to the beaches all of the restaurantson the strip. Also easy to find. The neighbors were very friendly. Did not use the pool but it looked very nice clean.

Gulf Shores fun!

This condo was great. We loved being able to walk right out the front door to the bike trail. It was clean and room, with super comfortable furnishings.

Enjoyable getaway

Was a very nice condo away from the typical places to stay in Gulf Shores. The drive to the places to eat and the beach was not far at all. The traffic on the road in front of the condo was a bit busy at times, but it was far enough from the front of the property to not be a big deal. The inside was nice and roomy, even for 6 people. Nice tall ceilings and nice for all of us to feel comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen for our food we brought and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again when we go back to the beach...good price too.

Last minute vacation

Nice condo in a very quiet neighborhood, which is short drive to beach or golf course. This was a last minute booking on 4th of July holiday week and thankful to find it. The only negative was there were people swimming in the pool until midnight most nights. If you are a night owl, this won't bother you. Still, it's a well appointed condo recommended for any group.

The three days I was there I had no internet and tv was on parent control lock. I asked everyday to fix this was not done. Gave me wrong password twice for internet.

Loved the location and trails.

I loved the area of the rental property. It was so close to everything but far enough to be able to relax too. The property was clean but it did have an unpleasant smell. I called the cleaning crew because the check in documents said that if I had any problems with cleanliness to call them. I called the number in the check in documents and the lady told me that the smell was probably because it was a pet friendly property but she would call the property office to have maintenance bring me some plug ins. We stayed in the property for 5 days and the plug ins never for there. The property was clean and well maintained but all the furniture, decore and linen need to be updated.

Vacation/softball tournament

It was a very simple checkin process we showed up after hours. Very simple instructions. Everything was clean. Everything worked in condo. No issues until a water heater broke upstairs this was after hours. Someone was there within 30 minutes to get water heater shut off upstairs. Had to have servepro put fans and dehumidifier in. But the office was great. Called me promptly next morning. They sent extra towels. They gave me credit for inconvenience without even asking. Overall I would rent from them again this was undoubtedly out of their control! Great property.

The HOA Pres. Dave was not very welcoming. People above me, after being there for there 3 yr, left early and told me they would not come back because of him. I loved Unit D though. Beautiful furnishings. Shared the few maintenance things in need of attention already.

Love this property

Overall good property first time renting with this manager but have been to property before love it!!! Everything we need and more. Arrived late because of traffic so did after hours check in. Only thing would suggest is an 11am checkout as we felt really rushed to be out by 10am cleaners showed up before then.

What we loved the most about this condo is the walking track that goes right in front of it. Great for walking, biking, etc.
