This South Facing Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one of each being located on the ground floor of the property. It has an extensive solarium containing a BBQ area, an outside kitchen with dining facilities and a relaxing sofa area. There is also wireless internet and a large screen smart TV in the sitting area, as well as a smart TV in one of the up stair's bedrooms. There is a dual air-conditioning/heating system installed making this property ideal for use all year round. The property is approximately a 20 minute walk to the Beach and Mud Baths and a 10 minute walk into the centre of San Pedro Del Pinatar. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes of the Villa.
