Great vacation

Great house, pool and location. Could use some small extras (pool towels, deck chair pads, blankets, pillow covers) to make it luxurious. Duvets were supplied upon request.

Lovely quiet Villa

Very nice secure Villa with nice decorations. The pool is looking a bit worn and is missing some tiles, could do with more outside chair and subbed cushions, bed mattresses are hard. But overall it was a lovely place with excellent surrounding beaches, towns etc. we would definitely return.

comfortable living areas, lovely pool area. villa was private, not over looked. quiet neighbourhood mattress’ a little uncomfortable in both doubles, jacuzzi bath not working, tiles in pool broken in parts, wifi was in and out. No street lighting, unsafe to walk at night time

Hello Daniel, thank you very much for leaving your comment. The neighborhood is very quite and very safe, no need to worry at night time. There is no jacuzzi but a normal bath. Wifi is normally working fine,. Anyway, we take all your reviews to keep improving. Thank you so much

VILLA PRECIOSA

Prácticamente a diario.

Ruime woning, mooi zwembad, fijn terras, goede keuken.

Pictures don’t do it Justice

Open spacious Modern feel with traditional twist, the layout, the pool area, smart TV with Netflix for rainy days, 3 single beds in one room for the kids, very peaceful neighbourhood, close to moraira and javea, clean towels. Very nice villa, we enjoyed our stay and would return They have no street lights on urbanisation, very dark at night time, walking to the local restaurant etc is not ideal. Both double beds a bit to firm.

Hello Daniel, It has been a pleasure to welcome you in our villa. Ware working on improving lighting on the urbanisation, we agree it should be better. Thank you for everything and best regards

Profesionalidad y compromiso

Lovely villa

Lovely villa just outside the old city centre and main beach (el arenal) of Javéa. The house is super comfortable, but the biggest asset of course is the lovely garden. Very well kept, cosy and tropical. The pool was lovely and even though we visited in Octobre we were able to plunge in it on the warmer days. Water a bit cold this time of the year but can only imagine how lovely it would be in the warmer months. Location is good: an excellent supermarket just 5 min by car and the port, old city and main beach (el arenal) around 15 minutes. You would definitely need a car though. Communication with Rock Rentals was a excellent. Andrès was extremely helpful, friendly and reactive to all our questions. Muchas gracias to you @Andrès. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to book again when going to Javéa! Excellent price-quality!

Bastante tranquilo y jardín bien cuidado y limpio.
Response from VrboOwner on 11 May, 2022

Volveríamos a repetir seguro.
