House sits on 1 mile long dirt road which is great for walking or riding bikes. Go hiking on Mt. Elmore, or go to the beach at the state park and rent a paddle boat or kayak. Take a walk less than a mile to the Elmore store for supplies, lunch, or an ice cream cone. 15 min. to Stowe, 30 min. to Montpelier.
