About this property

Villa sleeping up to 6 people. Shared pool, golf complex, award winning beaches

We would like to welcome you to our friendly villa located within walking distance from Vistabella golf course.
Here you can enjoy the Spanish weather, delicious food, while relaxing round our lovely shared pool.

Minutes walk from the villa is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and the impeccable Vistabella golf course (information about this can be given on request).


Layout:
Patio area: Large corner garden sofa, parasol, outdoor table and chairs.

Ground floor: Large living room with one double sofa bed, a DVD player, kitchen with oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and a toaster.
Table and chairs set, small shower room with wc and sink and a lovely twin bedroom.

First floor: Twin bedroom, Double bedroom with double doors leading onto spacious balcony patio area with a small table and chairs set, large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wc and sink.
Stairs which then lead up to a sun top roof terrace, here there is an outdoor shower you can cool down in after a fun filled day.

Please note a TV is at the villa but only for dvd and Xbox 360 NO LIVE TV OR WIFI.
The villa is my family’s holiday home where we like to get away from normal life.
Please follow all strict pool rules. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please only drink water from plastic at poolside.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Have a great stay please leave it tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Passport information must be given upon booking.
Leave villa clean , strip beds on departure only use aircon at night please. Bbq that’s be cleaned by you if you use and dispose of the rubbish.
Please turn all internal lights and fans and air conditioning off when going out. Aircon works quick so only needs putting on when you get home.

What makes this property unique

This property is a great place to stay wether your looking for a chilled golfing holiday or a fun packed family holiday, we have it all.
It’s a great place for young children, when my daughter was growing up I brought her to the villa all the time where she made some great friends, playing in the pool and having fun on the beaches.
If your on a budget this holiday home is super cheap, if eight of you choose to stay here it’s £7.50 each a night, working out at £60 a night. However in peak times the price may rise.
