A splendid attic, with an incredible view over the roofs and domes of ancient Rome, a stone's throw from Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere. Completely renovated, the apartment offers a bedroom, a large living room with a large window and a comfortable sofa bed, a modern equipped kitchen and a terrace with table and living room. On the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, you will have to go up only the last flight of stairs to reach your terrace with a view.

Wonderful apartment, with a great terrace and nice kitchen, ideal location between Trastevere and Campo Di Fiori, grocery store is literally around the corner and there are plenty of other stores and restaurants close by. Christina is a great host, communicate very well in answering any questions you may have.
We enjoyed our stay and loved the ability to open the doors onto the terrace and enjoy the spring sunshine and fresh air. We walked to all the major attractions and there are lots of amenities close by - the Tigre grocery store just down the side street had everything from fresh fruit to local wine.
Excellent and comfortable stay. So much is within walking distance: 10 min in every direction has fabulous restaurants, churches, historical sites. The unit was clean and comfortable. Balcony was terrific.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. All expectations were met between the on-line booking and the experience. We were met by our host who provided unit access, and assisted in carrying luggage up that last flight of stairs - after riding the elevator. The unit was clean and comfortable in a wonderful location with easy access to all other historical monument locations. I would certainly attempt to book again as soon as travel schedules allow.
We were a bit surprised when we arrived via taxi from the train station. He had to drop us at the end of the street because it’s gated and we just didn’t know where to go. Once we found it we rang and Cristian was right there to assist and check us in. Elevator is very small but thankful it was there. Communication with the host was great. Location was close to everything. Rooftop patio was great!
Gorgeous place within walking distance of many sites such as the Coliseum & restaurants. Stunning balcony. All the amenities. The controlled pedestrian area makes it a little difficult for getting a cab. Otherwise almost perfect.
This was our second time staying in this apartment and we’re planning our third return soon. Very comfortable and large enough to relax while spending time in Rome. As expected everything worked perfectly, apartment was sparkling when we arrived. All communication with the manager pre-visit was helpful. This was my 15th visit to Rome so it feels like home and this apartment is perfect for travelers central to all major sites in the city as well as excellent restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you’re trying to decide on a destination in Rome.
Truly wonderful. Quiet, out of the way, central Rome location that is close to everything. And the terrace is perfect. Just as described. 10 min walk to Trastevere restaurants, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Campo de’Fiori, Pantheon. And 10 mins to the best (200 yr old) pasticeria. Boccione! Get the “Jewish pizza”. Nothing like pizza, google it! 30 min max walk to everything else! As with Rome it’s a little tricky to get a cab but that’s also an easy walk up Via di Torre Argentina. But as I’ve said you won’t need them often.
The apartment is clean and well appointed in a sleek modern way. Grocery around the corner.
Your hosts, Maria and Luca are helpful and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’d book it again! Ciao!

Appartement bien placé, parfait pour 2 personnes mais équipement à minima.
Parasol inutilisable, douche bouchée, bruit constant d une pompe à eau, canapé fatigué, équipement appareils ménager succinct.
Decoration inexistante.
Spacious, very comfortable, we lacked nothing as we arrived to find welcome food, drink and coffee. Roof top patio was perfect for relaxing and also for using the washing/dryer. Big bedroom and nice size bathroom with a large shower.
This apartment was simply perfect for 2 of us and could accommodate larger groups with its sleeper sofa. The location could not have been better for our 1st visit to Rome and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Cristina was a wonderful host and very helpful.
