Two bedroom, two bath one story home, with fenced pleasure pool area with patio chairs, and driveway parking for two vehicles.

Sleeps up to four people. Sorry, no pets.

Wheel chair accessible. Non-smoking property, no loud parties or events please.

Living room area with Lazy Boy sectional and 55 inch flat screen wall-mounted TV and DVD player; master bath has a walk in shower with large tub.

All linens, bath towels and pool towels provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Home has internet via WiFi, and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer; kitchen is fully equipped and supplied.

Home is heated and air-conditioned. Propane BBQ on the rear patio. Has keypad entry to home for 24 hour access. Located within reasonable distance of 7 valley golf courses and other entertainment options including many restaurants and shopping areas, see welcome binder for further information.

Amazing Stay

This was the perfect place for a visit. The pictures do not tell how cozy and comfortable the home is. The owner is really nice and is easy to reach. It was just perfect for my son and I; the stores are super close and the neighborhood is very nice.

Nice stay

Arlinda’s house was better stocked (kitchen, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) than any other vacation rent we have ever stayed at. She was also very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her house as a place to stay.

Great place to stay, ! the host is quick to answer any questions you might have. Pool is kid friendly and we had a great Fourth of July celebating with grandkids swimming and grilling hamburgers by the pool. They even had toys and pool volley net and basketball

Much better than a hotel!

Very clean house. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Pool was great. No shade so bring a hat! AC worked great. Enjoyed our stay.

Church in was easy, home was comfortable. We were there in some peak heat and we were comfortable inside and had a great time in the pool all day and night. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with host was great. We will book again on our next trip to Surprise.

Perfect Stay

The house was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, with all the amenities we could have wanted, and close to everything we needed (grocery stores, restaurants). The grill and pool made our nights at the house something to look forward to. And my son loved the recliners in the sectional. All the information we needed for our stay was provided and the owner made the whole process as simple as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

Fantastic home in Surprise, which is still convenient to drive into Phoenix areas. The homeowners are really great people who helped communicate everything we needed to know. The home is absolutely beautiful and the neighbor is friendly and quiet. We felt we had everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the pool and the AC combats the heat very well, as we were always comfortable inside. I plan to stay here anytime in the area.

Phoenix in July

The property was very functional and as advertised. Owner was always responsive and indicated she was having the pool redone which will make the place perfect! It was July it was hot and the pool was nice. With the pool and the weather it can be fun to keep the place clean but certainly manageable. It’s the price of having a pool i guess. A good time was had by all!

We like the way the house is laid out, the location, and the amenities. The owner is very nice. One strange thing is there are no lamps in the house. We end up renting some from Walmart while we are there. Also the cleaning service is not terribly thorough, but the house is easy to clean up. The pool is perfect for the family and recent upgrades made it even more enjoyable!

Great house, great location

My son goes to college a mile from this listing, so this was the absolute perfect rental. It is SO spacious. The host was outstanding and left an amazing "Welcome" binder with all kinds of useful information. The pool was immaculate and so refreshing. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great to have the use of a washer and dryer. There really was nothing this host didn't think of in terms of making it a great place to stay. I very much want to stay at this site again. If you are a parent of an OUAZ student, this is the rental for you!

Great home away from home!

The home was a perfect home away from home on our trip to Surprise, AZ for my son’s baseball tournament at the spring training complex. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The house is conveniently located to everything in Surprise and not a long drive Phoenix. We also made trips to Sliding Rock National park in Sedona (2 1/2 hours), the Grand Canyon (3 1/2 hours) and Las Vegas (4 1/2 hours) so it’s just a short trip to many other things too. The owner was very communicative and checked on us several times. Although we had no problems during our stay I know if something had happened it would have been handled very quickly. It was an amazing stay and I will definitely stay here if I come back to the area.

Great Home, Great Host

We’ve stayed here before and had a great time so we came back again. Arlinda was very accommodating, even allowing for an early check in. House is immaculately clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Bed is super comfy. Couch is great. And the pool was just what we needed on a hot couple days. Highly reccomended.
