Villa by the water, superb pool, jacuzzi.

Comfortable temperatures all year round.
Minimum rental 2 or 3 months in January, February, March of each year. Minimum rental in the month of October to June. Minimum rental 15 days in June, July, August, September. Possibility of renting for several months if you are looking for a temporary base.
We offer you a magnificent villa on the water in MARCO ISLAND, with panoramic views over a large bay. South facing. Private heated swimming pool (heat pump). Heated JACUZZI.
Possibility to arrive by boat at the house and leave your boat at the edge of the deck.

The villa consists of a very spacious living room, 2 lounges, dining room, kitchen open to living room. 2 Bedrooms (King bed **** and Queen bed ***** very comfortable, 2 bathrooms, dressing room, office, linen room. Access to a magnificent terrace on one level and beautifully landscaped and wooded exteriors.

Sunshine and a relaxed pace of life. Marco Island is located near the beautiful city of Naples.

Nice overall experience

The location of the house is great . There was a nice pool area with nice view in the back We had a lengthy stay over the summer with is the “off season” . There were some issues with the house during our stay . We are very good natured and very patient .The “ property manager” took care of the issues for us Overall a nice experience

Private and scenic

The house is at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. We spent many day swimming in the lovely pool. Also the bikes are good. The view is wonderful. There were plenty of towels. The house is beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the sunshine. A couple of sunsets we were greeted by dolphins. Great escape!
