Our 3BR/3BA condo sleeps 8 comfortably and has a super HUGE balcony directly on the Gulf of Mexico! We have beach service for two set up daily with an umbreall for all of our guest from March though October.
We are situated on the beautiful white sugar sands, in Gulf Shores, Alabama, you'll find a fantastic ocean-front condominium with views from every window! We are within walking distance to both sandy beaches and many great dining and entertaining options. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, or step out onto the balcony to take in the breathtaking ocean views.
When you're not soaking up the sun on the pristine Gulf Shores Beach, just a short 2-minute drive away, you can explore the nearby Gulf State Park or venture to The Wharf, a 9-minute drive away. Back at the condo, enjoy the convenience of the indoor pool, high-speed WiFi, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Stay comfortable with the air conditioning and heating, and take advantage of the fitness room and equipment. With satellite/cable TV and a DVD player, you'll have plenty of entertainment options to choose from. This beachfront oasis is the perfect escape for your next Gulf Shores getaway.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10am or before this time.
Please empty all trash. Please make sure there are no dirty dishes and that the dishwasher is running when you leave. Please make sure all doors are closed and locked and lights are off in our condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have owned this unit since the building has opened. Loved the quietness of it, only sounds of waves and birds on the balcony, and low density nature of it. 3 units per floor. We love the beach!
Why they chose this property
Island Tower is considered one of the best built buildings in Gulf Shores. Miami Dade Certified with floor to ceiling walls of windows, the privacy in this building, the sleek modern design and the great location make it a terrific building. Only three units per floor, too, so I don't feel like I'm in a dorm for adults, like in other huge buildings. We only have 55 units in this building. Love the infiniti pool and this is the best fitness center on west beach. Walk to dinner, light grocery shopping and the Hangout.
What makes this property unique
This balcony is so large, if everyone staying in the unit had a lounge chair, the balcony could sleep 12. No tiny eeking around people. It is tiled, and incredibly private, too. You see no one else on their balconies, just the water and the sand and hear the birds.
