Villa Avant, beautiful family villa with private pool, garden and terraces
Villa Avant is a charming villa in the exclusive resort of Cala d'Or. Situated over two flloors in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk to all the amenities including shops, boutiques, restaurants, beaches and bars. The stunning Marina is only a 10 to 15 minute walk away where you will find many restaurants and bars.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms over two floors, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, lounge with a dining area. The master bedroom upstairs has a terrace.
Outside there is a garden, a large private swimming pool (9x4) with sun loungers, (pool/beach towels provided), BBQ and undercover alfresco dining.
All the amenities are within walking distance and a car is not necessary. There is off road parking outside the villa.
There are seven sandy beaches in the area of Cala d'Or and all are very safe for children.
The resort has a lot to offer including watersports, horse riding, quad biking, deep sea fishing, charter boats and much more.
