Casa Caramelo - Javea, Costa Blanca

Lovely holiday villa for 8 people in Javea with private pool and beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and the valley. This beautiful Spanish style holiday home with nice arches and a covered terrace "naya", is very spacious, all on one level and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large kitchen. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, there is of course Wi-Fi but also air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The spacious, partly covered terrace with sitting area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue offers the opportunity to dine or relax outside while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley. Around the house is a large garden with a lawn. In short, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for the whole family, two families or several couples. For the colder seasons there is heating and underfloor heating and because of the L-shaped naya and the spacious garden around, there is always a place in the sun. Therefore this villa is also a lovely place in the winter and on request you can even use the pool heating (at extra charge).

The villa is located 10 minutes from the village of Javea, with a quarter of an hour you are on the beach and from here you also can easily reach Denia or the shopping center of Ondara. Interior

We had plenty of space for our group of six, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and made everything easy. There was great spaces for family time inside and outside and also a great layout for relaxation. The location is close to a neighborhood grocery that was super convenient. The host was very responsive which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Very relaxing stay, convenient for family

We enjoyed the stay: everything was up to good standards, enough space for 2 families, 2 little children each, the kitchen well equipped, we like bbq outside, lovely garden and outdoor space, decent pool, a bit too deep for the littlest ones, so we needed to be very careful they don’t get too close unattended. Location is good if you mainly want to stay in the house, any beach or town is a 10-15 min ride. We experienced some mosquito bites but the time we stayed there started being rainy and humid. The only things not working: ice machine but we received a bag of ice as soon as we raised it, the tv seemed to offer only a german radio(lol) and the gas bottle for the bbq was empty but was replaced immediately. The property manager was incredibly responsive and efficient.

A magic place

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, diesen Sommer 20 Tage in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Jávea zu verbringen. Alles war einfach perfekt! Das Haus übertraf all unsere Erwartungen – von der makellosen Sauberkeit bis hin zu den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Lage war ideal und bot uns atemberaubende Ausblicke und die Möglichkeit, die Schönheit von Jávea in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Agentur, die das Haus verwaltet, war außergewöhnlich professionell und hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeitet. Ihre freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung trug wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir haben uns absolut in dieses Haus verliebt und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Richtig tolles Haus

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Casa Dory sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ganz tollem Garten. Tolle Aussicht zum Montgo und in die Ferne. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war äusserst professionell und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen (vor allem für unsere jungen Erwachsenen) ist das Internet. Die Geschwindigkeit ist diesem tollen Haus nicht wirklich angemessen. Sollte erhöht werden.
