About the host
Hosted by Christie Dysart
Hi! Our family has been summering in Southwest Harbor for over 30 years now, we just love it here! It's my pleasure to provide newcomers with clean, comfortable & convenient homes to explore Mt. Dessert Island and Acadia National Park. We are local business owners and offer seven properties adjacent to our marina right here in the village of SWH. Just give me a shout, I'm always happy to find the best housing and offer suggestions for activities!
Why they chose this property
This house is super cool! It's a bit of an upside down house, the kitchen and living areas are upstairs in order to better optimize the fabulous views including a glassed in deck. The house offers two large, comfortable bedrooms... one master overlooking the harbor with a king-sized bed and a bunk room in the back with three double size beds for the rest of the group. This house is our made in Maine house with local woods and slate kitchen. Very bright and fresh for those preferring open concept homes.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! This house in right on the shore and is within a 5 minute walk to area shops and restaurants.
