House Beautiful. Custom Home. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING for your comfort. This spacious, over sized luxury L-shaped Cape with large rooms and lots of windows is on the West-Tisbury/ Edgartown line. Ten foot ceilings give it an open, airy, and dramatic feel. Hardwood floors throughout. Spectacular sunsets from the living area. Well equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar that overlooks a great room with over sized sliders that lead out to the huge deck with access to large back yard backing up to conservation land. First floor master suite. Dinning area that seats 8. Laundry room on the first floor. Second floor has three bedrooms that share an enormous bathroom with Jacuzzi that overlook back yard. An outdoor shower completes this vacation sanctuary. Great for family gatherings.
Please note linens are not included (sheets and towels). There are linen services on island that will drop off and pick up.
Saturday-Saturday rentals in season June, July and August.

We had a wonderful stay - house was in great condition and was very comfortable, kitchen equipment was well stocked, excellent communication with owner, neighborhood was quiet, central location made it easy, all in all it was a perfect vacation. Had a wonderful time and would love to book again.

Peaceful Respite

What a great house and property! Everything was as described or better, super clean, comfy beds and very relaxing. We loved the location that was easy to get to towns as well as up island. Thank you Paul for your gracious hosting, we will be back!

Great house!

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable home, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The deck was wonderful - a peaceful place to spend time, overlooking a lovely yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the vineyard.

Just perfect!

The pictures actually do not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family and well appointed. The number of bathrooms to bedroom ration was appreciated. The backyard space and open concept gathering space was great for our family. I look forward to staying here again.

A quiet escape from busy Martha’s

This space is perfect for a quiet get away. With an amazing backyard, living room for gatherings you’re only 2 minutes from the airport. You can also walk the wonderful bike path right near the house. The owners are amazing with communication and always happy to help. I highly recommend

We loved this house! The space and openness is what we needed. The house was well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We LIKED that the washer and dryer were on the first floor, and not in the basement. We will definitely rebook this house again!!!

All Around Amazing Stay

This is our second and certainly not our last summer staying at this beautiful home. The home is perfectly laid out - nice open floor plan with spacious and well appointed bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard and deck are a highlight and where we spent most of our time. Paul is always very responsive and helpful. We can't wait for our next stay!

Wedding Weekend

Great location for our weekend events, between Edgartown and the Agricultural Society Hall. The house fit our group well, nicer than the pictures show, and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely consider this house for our next visit to Martha's Vineyard. Thanks for a great weekend.

Martha’s Vineyard ladies getaway

This house was perfect. We are 6 adults, old friends who used to get houses in MV, Nantucket, Newport when we were 20-something. We all agreed that the pictures didn’t do the house justice—big rooms high ceilings, beautiful, comfortable. Very well located—especially if you are picking up and dropping off anyone flying in. Centrally located for great beaches, towns, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails,etc.

Beautiful home nestled in Edgewater surrounded by trees and a beautiful yard.

Renting the property was easy and the host was very responsive. All questions were answered. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room, kitchen was wonderful and enough bathrooms for 8 women. We truly enjoyed this house.

Great, weekend stay

Nice, comfortable house that worked very well for our short, weekend stay. Kitchen was amply equipped and provided a few basic spices and pantry items for our use which is always nice. I thought that for the price linen service maybe should have been included. We had a car for the weekend which was very helpful considering the somewhat remote location.

This was a perfect rental house for our family vacation. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Paul was a great host, easy to reach if needed anything and a pleasure to speak with. My family has rented other houses on this same street and this was by far the best.

Lovely Island Getaway!

We’ve been going to The Vineyard for more than thirty years and have rented several places on the island. But we especially loved our stay at Paul’s home. It was spacious, very comfortable and its location was perfect for us. In addition, this home has a fabulous deck area. Whenever we made contact with Paul, he was gracious and very helpful. We’re already hoping that we can stay here next summer.

Terrific House, Yard, Location

Paul was a terrific host, and the house and yard were great for adults as well as young kids. Beautiful and clean inside, with a great layout. The yard is big and great for the kids to run around on, and the large deck was another nice spot to hang out. Will be in touch with Paul again the next time we are back on MV.
