The Ecogite La Petite Presqu’île, with a floor area of 200 m², is ideally located on the shores of the Ria d’Etel in southern Morbihan.
This family home, featuring original architecture and built with healthy, natural materials, blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature in a private garden spanning 2,500 m².

The 5 bedrooms (2 rooms for 2 people, 2 rooms for 3 people, and 1 room for 4 people—which can be divided) are separate, each with its own bathroom and toilet, TV, and Wi-Fi access.
The large, fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals, is designed to accommodate all 14 guests.

Always striving to welcome you in the best possible conditions—and to meet COVID-19 health and safety requirements—we’ve adapted by installing a pergola adjacent to the kitchen. It will allow you to enjoy all your meals in a well-ventilated space, as if you were always outdoors, yet still sheltered. Of course, we strictly follow and regularly update the various cleaning protocols throughout the property, as required by current regulations.

A relaxing area in the living room by the fireplace, where you can warm up after returning from your invigorating winter walks.

For guests with limited mobility, the entire ground floor is accessible: the two downstairs bedrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, the entire garden, and the walkways leading to the terrace overlooking the Ria.

FREE private parking for 6 cars located on the property.

With the same breathtaking view of the Ria d’Etel, the following are available to you:
- Recreational areas featuring bocce and Breton palais to keep you entertained during your stay with family or a group,
- Picnic tables at various “spots” throughout the private garden. You can organise large gatherings in the sun or in the shade of the oak trees, depending on your preference.

A utility area located in the inner courtyard, where you can clean and store your sports equipment (bicycles, shoes, etc.).

For foodies:
- Enjoy your oysters (purchased from our neighbouring oyster farmers) with dark bread and salted butter while watching the sunset over the Ria d’Etel. A magical moment!
- An herb garden in the yard, available for you to use to enhance your meals,
- The crêperie, La Locoaline, 200 m away, where you can enjoy galettes and crêpes,
- Just 2 km away in the village, you’ll find all the amenities you need: artisanal bakeries, a butcher, farm-fresh dairy products sold directly from the farm, and fruits and vegetables at the organic market on Friday evenings.
