With stunning wrap-around garden views of Blencathra, Helvellyn, Ullswater Fells and the Pennines. Ideal for families and couples who appreciate character with modern facilities. Large modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher with table and 2 benches seating 4 , enjoying stunning countryside views to front and rear. Separate utility room/boot room with WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit leading to rear garden. Spacious, bright cosy living room, again with stunning views to front and rear. Comfy sofas and living flame gas fire, tastefully furnished in keeping with the character of the property. Smart TV, WiFi. New for OCTOBER 2023 gas central heating installed for cosy winter stays. New for 2024 - air fryer. Walk in storage under stairs. Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Jack and Jill bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Outside there is a large wrap around garden with secluded dry stone walled terrace. Large lawn at rear and smaller lawn to front. Off road parking for 2 cars.

The cottage is situated at the end of a pedestrian only lane which makes it very private and peaceful with stunning views towards Ullswater fells Hellvelyn and Blencathra🤩

Our cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a peaceful quiet stay. Furnishings are of the highest quality and comfort. We are situated with walking trails on our doorstep and between Penrith and Keswick for all your shopping needs. There is also an excellent bus service which runs through the village .
