Newly Renovated One Bedroom Cottage - Walk to Long Beach/Good Harbor Beach

Please enjoy our fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom cottage. It is a 5 minute walk to Long Beach, less a than 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home, with air conditioning, two smart TV's, WiFi, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas grill. The cottage is also equipped with two tower fans. The yard has been beautifully landscaped with an lovely outdoor patio for you to enjoy after a day enjoying all that Cape Ann has to offer.

My husband and I want to assure you that we take our guests comfort and safety very seriously and have our home professionally cleaned between guests. Although we provide linens and towels, we understand if you prefer to use your own, and will accommodate your needs.

Bear Skin Neck is a short drive from the house, where you can enjoy art galleries, shops, great restaurants and local sights.

Cute little 1 bedroom house with a pull out couch in the main room. The location is very convenient for the beach, Gloucester, Rockport, and Long Beach Dairy Maid for ice cream!

Cute cottage in great location

This was a perfect cottage for our family of 4. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, was walking distance to the beach, and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves.We took a whale watching tour from the harbor that was just a few minutes away. It was amazing. The owner was super responsive when I had a question. I would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I love Cape Ann, and were fortunate to purchase this property in 2015. There is a 1/2 acre of land, with a larger house set in the rear of the property separated by privacy landscaping, we renovated the Cottage last winter. Hopefully you will love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

I love that we can walk to either Long Beach or Good Harbor Beach. You can also walk to the Surfside Ice Cream and Pizza, added bonus.
