Just had another delightful stay at 'Cosy Cottage'! Janet, the host, is great-very responsive and the cottage is clean and cute and so convenient for the beach and everything Rockport has to offer!

Janet & Mike's cottage in Rockport was fantastic. Perfect for the solo traveller. Janet was most helpful with logistics for Rockport Village as this was my first time visiting. I couldn't have asked for more better hosts. Definitely will plan future stays and visits to Rockport.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Walkable to all sites including train station and area bus service. Lovely porch with table, chairs and umbrella. Great spot to unwind after a day at the beach just down the street. A memorable vacation.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay, and Janet as a host. We arrived late due to flight delays, and Janet was quick to respond to our updates during our travel day. She and her husband were waiting to greet us when we arrived (which I am thankful for, as the property is easy to overlook in the dark of evening). The property itself was just what we needed. Quaint, cozy, an excellent space to rest and prepare for the day ahead. Most of our trip was spent in Salem, and the 10 minute walk to and from the train station was manageable and enjoyable! Rockport is a beautiful town, I only wish we’d had more time to spend in town during our stay.We will definitely be back in the future to spend time in Rockport, and we hope Janet’s cottage is available when we do.

Great location great property

Property was very nice and the hosts provided lots of info on the area such as breakfasts menus the best items to get, maps places to go and scenic areas which made the trip a lot more relaxing and made planning easy.

Cozy Cottage is a great place for couple to stay. It is small but had everything we needed. It is close the downtown. Very quiet location. This is the second time we have stayed here and would do it again.
