This beautifully decorated single-level home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The spacious kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, cable TV in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad access make your stay effortless.
LOCATION: Just 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach, its boardwalk, and Gordon's Pond State Park. Steps from the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail, three blocks from a local playground and Farmer's Market, and a quick ride to tax-free Tanger Outlets and boutique shopping.
PARKING: Private driveway fits up to six vehicles.
AMENITIES: Fenced backyard, pool with tanning ledge, fire pit, poolside powder room, outdoor shower with changing room, gas grill, umbrellas, lounge chairs, Wi-Fi, cable TVs, ceiling fans, and electronic keypad.

As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Beautiful Family Getaway

This place was incredible for our week long 10 member family stay! The rooms were very comfortable, kitchen fully functional and the backyard pool was incredible! There was enough space for everyone to be able to relax and then also to gather together for family dinner or a game night! Wonderful week and wonderful house!

Fantastic, clean, open home with an awesome pool and outdoor space. We slept 8 friends here very comfortably. There is ample parking and the rooms are very nice. One room (the primary king) has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with the best rental pots/pans I have ever seen. The outdoor area is stellar. It includes a fantastic outdoor shower, covered patio with fan, fire pit (gas), lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool, restroom, and pool storage closet. We had so much fun at the pool -- I would absolutely stay there again!

The place overall was as pictured! The pool area was awesome. The kitchen could use a lot more supplies. There’s really not much for serving/mixing bowls or baking sheets. The whole kitchen was very slim. The area was so so but easy access to get around which was nice. I called for maintenance Sunday and no one ever called back until I called again Tuesday. Things were fixed Wednesday. We forgot a few things and Trish was very helpful.

The house was as described and a good open space for my friend’s weekend get-together. The living room and kitchen were a great layout to have 8-10 people comfortably. Great location from main drag/ beach area.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. The no linens was fine because we were told beforehand but they were lacking on some needed items. We had one trash bag for a Thursday to Sunday stay with 12 people which just wasn’t feasible, and each bathroom had 1 roll of paper each. Luckily we brought more but that was definitely an issue, similarly there wasn’t hand soap in every bathroom. Overall I would highly recommend I would definitely just bring trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels and possibly include that in the listing if it’s going to continue. The pool and the space inside was incredible we really were wowed by how big it was.

Spacious and new house

We stayed here for our annual getaway with friends. It easily accommodated our group of 7 adults and 5 kids. The house was conveniently located to shops and restaurants (although Route 1 gets backed with traffic fairly often during the summer). Location was not easily walk-able to the beach with small kids, but parking was easy enough to find. Our group had a great time and we would recommend this property.

Clean and spacious

This property had everything we needed for my best friends bachelorette party! 11 people fit comfortably with the two pull out couches included. We were impressed with how clean the property was. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise and the Wi-Fi worked great. Check in and check out processes were so easy. Only negative were the physical sets of keys- would’ve preferred electronic access. Would stay again!

Comfort Inn

I have been traveling to Rehoboth for over 5 years now for family vacation. Each stay has been pleasant including this one. We road bikes to the park, a near by farmer market. The boardwalk is a 15 minute bike ride. My challenge on this trip is the cost/value is not on par with prior experience. The price point for this rental implied a home value comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel experience… but it’s felt more like a cozy Comfort Inn. Previous houses I’ve stayed were on par with Marriott or luxury brands and this home price seemed inflated based on my prior experience. Also I suggest you enter instructions on how to lock the door and do not have pool people clean the pool until after the checkout time.

Family trip

The house was spacious enough for 8 adults and 4 kids. It was in close proximity to everything. The pool and backyard was a hit! Everyone loved spending time relaxing in the pool and my grandchildren enjoyed playing in the sandbox. Previous reviews were correct about the pull out couches. They were unusable even for little kids. We brought an air mattress and one adult slept on one couch and her granddaughters slept on the other. The sunroom was unuseable most of the time because it does not have AC.

Great house

This house was so deceiving by the front. It had a huge living room dining room and kitchen area. We were a party of 12. 6 adults 6 teens. The pool was beautiful clean and the area outside was so enjoyable. The fire pit area was perfect at night and the tables with umbrellas was perfect for the sunny weekend we had. If I had to give a con it would only be a suggestion to have a few bikes. Getting to town was a challenge with the traffic. The house was located close by and walking distance but not with what is needed for a day at the beach. A bike would be great to ride and get coffee or a snack. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Started ok, but disappointments piled up by the end.

Overall, we liked the property and its location. However, there were annoyances from the start: 1) Contradictory instructions from property mgmt on how to check in. Check-in is only after 3 PM, but the office closes at 3 PM on a Sunday, and the instructions said I need to go to the office for check-in. How could I manage that? I called the office beforehand to find out I could go straight to the property. Crisis averted, but mgmt is not paying attention to their own listing and check-in details. 2) Management's instructions for locking the property door are incorrect, and led to a delay in getting out of the house to visit the beach. We called mgmt, telling them of our issue, and prompting someone to come out, however, we figured out what we needed to do just through sheer trial and error. Again, another sign that mgmt's instructions are not in sync with reality. 3) The biggest problem was the swimming pool. From the first day, there were signs of algal growth in the corners of the pool floor. After the second day, we didn't feel safe even getting into the pool, as growth exploded, the water got cloudy, and it didn't seem like any electrolysis/chlorination process was occurring. By the 4th day, algae was floating on the surface (I have pics). The pool was the main reason for booking this particular place, so this was highly disappointing and will keep us from coming back. 4) Just include linens and charge more $. None of this lame extra-charge crap for "linen service."

Very Nice property

Very nice property and was exactly as listed. Everything worked as expected. The property is close to a lot of restaurants and the beach The only negatives was that we found an empty condom wrapper and a pair of glasses on one of the beds.

Mature Bachelor Weekend

My friends and I celebrated our buddy's upcoming wedding here. There were 8 of us who stayed, the property was perfect for our purposes. Plenty of outdoor and indoor gathering space. Proximity to Rehoboth Beach and surrounding restaurants/breweries was very convenient.

Great Property

The home was very clean and comfortable. If you are taking more than a towel to the beach you will need to drive/bike to the beach. The walk to the beach is fine if you want to do a slight workout.

Family Beach & Golf Weekend

Property manager was great to communicate with. The home was even bigger than we realized and in great condition. Plenty of room for 12 Adults. Excellent location to the beach and highway to get to golf courses. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Good house with a few quirks

The booking process was great and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. Very spacious with enough room for 12 guests with no issues. A few minor inconveniences in terms of broken items in the house on arrival (some doors didn’t close properly, some cracks in walls). Would love to stay again.

Do not rent this property

What they don’t tell you about this property is that it is not close to the beach at all to walk like described. Additionally, they make you rent through RE/Max and not VRBO so you paying a booking fee to VRBO and RE/Max. The RE/Max agents are never on the same page (one told me we would get charged $60 for insurance and then we were charged $280 on top of that for a picture frame that was broken before we got there). When asked to provide a picture of the damage we got a black and white scanned image of what could have been a broken photo but not clear. Overall, the experience from booking through RE/max is not worth the hassle of this property.
