We found the location to be very accessible to the train system. We also found the neighborhood to be quiet and low key which was great. We felt this was a very safe area and a great park steps away. A number of great locations for food, markets, bakeries, and other essentials within 4 or 5 blocks, most much closer than that. If you have a larger group this is ideal. Very comfortably sleeps 6.

Great stay and location

Great place for our family of 4. Perfect house for families with teens/young adults. Easy walking to 3 metro stops, as well as Butte Aux Cailles neighborhood. A bakery and nice cafe within steps. We’d love to stay here again.

Near Metro and Good Restaurants

Five minutes to Corvisart metro and ten minutes to many fine and reasonable restaurants in Butte aux Caille.

Good place to stay in Paris

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and easy to walk to grocery store and restaurants. There are no bath cloths so if you use them better take your own. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great location, lots of room

Really enjoy this apartment on the eighth floor overlooking paris—just as the owner’s described. The apartment is simple and delightful. Easy to find transport anywhere in Paris. Loads of trains and buses making it a great location. Loads of little bistros and bars for dinner and lovely baloungries for breakfast. Safe and comfortable to walk around at night. Would return when I come back to paris

We were very pleased with the spacious apartment. Genevieve is an excellent communicator. Her son, Ciprian, was there to greet us and tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The metro stop, line 6, is just down the street. There are small bodega groceries up and down the street as well as some excellent small cafés. We never had a bad meal in the neighborhood. Clean and safe. Note: if you are sharing with friends, get first dibs on the bedroom with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Paris adventure

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and pictured. Genevieve was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. She met us at the apartment to check-in and made sure that we knew how to operate all of the appliances. She gave us good information on transportation options- especially for getting to the airport. The apartment is within walking distance of the Latin Quarter and Metro stops. Good options for groceries and dining near by. The shower in the bathtub is a little difficult to get into as it is quite high and there are no grab bars. The other bathroom does have a walk-in shower. We enjoyed our stay here!

Comfortable apartment with a beautiful view

Lovely overall stay. A peaceful apartment with a beautiful view. Outside the touristy areas of Paris but an hour's walk or a shorter taxi or metro ride to get to those regions. I walked to the apartment alone after dark a couple times and felt quite safe - well-lit area with other pedestrians, despite being on a side street.

Great location in Paris

We loved that this apartment was in a quieter neighborhood, but right next to a convenient metro stop: the best of both worlds! Easy walking to many great shops and restaurants. The building is very nice and very secure. The apartment itself is well worn and the king bed was pretty lumpy. We had an issue with one of the toilets, which was quickly resolved by the property manager. Other than that, we were very comfortable and the views from the balconies are stunning!

Excellent stay in Croulebarbe

Chose this property as it had three bedrooms and two baths for our group of four women. The apartment itself is large and well laid out, with a large dining table and living room. The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did and there are no less than four great bakeries close by, so we did breakfast in every day. Added pluses of washer-dryer and dishwasher. Also close to nice restaurants and the metro. Our afternoon teas in the deck overlooking the park and waking to the chirping birds and the morning sun made this a perfect place for our 18 nights in Paris.

Great for families with young kids

The apartment is great for family with young kids. There's a wonderful playground across the street that we visited every day. There's an elevator and a washer dryer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Its in a quiet area but 5 min to bus or metro and 15 minutes walk to Gobelins area.
