We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The Metro was right outside the door and there was a taxi stand right around the corner. It had a great location to all the sights! The air conditioning was a nice perk as it was warmer in Paris than we expected. Our host was very helpful, accommodating, and very friendly! I highly recommend this apartment! You won't be disappointed!! We can't wait to stay here again and enjoy this beautiful city once more!

We had a beautiful stay in Paris. The apartment is perfectly located. The entire apartment is exceptionally appointed- beds were comfortable, the apartment is incredibly clean and well stocked. It provided the perfect place for our family (2 adults in our 40s and two children, ages 9 and 10) to explore Paris. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and Jean-Michel to anyone considering spending time in this beautiful City!

This apartment was outstanding. It was in the mix of the hustle and bustle of Paris, has a wonderful view across the Hotel de Ville to Notre Dame, has a metro stop 5 metres from the front door. Yet the apartment was secure and quiet. There is a cookie shop below the apartment and the wonderful smell wafted up occasionally.We travelled with our 2 teenage sons and the apartment was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, well organised, lots of character, clean and very comfortable.Jean-Michel is a very organised and responsive host. He was a pleasure to deal with.I have never stayed in the Marais district but it was fantastic. So close to everything. I will definitely look to stay here again the next opportunity we have to return to Paris.Tip: stairs to the first level and then there is a small lift. If you have a very heavy suitcase, make sure you can lift it up stairs yourself.

This apartment was perfection. Location was excellent. Size of apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4. The washer/dryer came in handy as we traveled light. Very good communication with owner. AC worked well and was much needed after hot days exploring. We would stay there again without hesitation.

We've stayed in the Lafayette five times since 2013 and every time we walk through the door, it feels like home. The Marais is the perfect neighborhood in Paris and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Amazing apartment and location

This was our first trip to Paris & we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect apartment for our stay! The space accommodated our family of 4 (2 teens- ages 14 & 18). The apartment itself was clean and quaint. The location was perfect! The metro stop is literally outside the door…and the view of the Hotel de Ville was amazing! I can’t say enough about this place…it was just perfect as was our host - very responsive and helpful! We hope to come back again in the future!

Great location for first time Paris visit!

Everything was excellent with this property. So many good shops and restaurants in the Marias neighborhood and only a few minutes walk to N Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, etc… In a bustling location with some street noise at night but not past midnite and never a serious problem. Would definitely stay again here if we return to Paris.

Ideal location to explore Paris

Had the most magical stay in Paris for a week. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. Very clean, even had robes and slippers for all of us! Metro stop was right out front from which we could explore the city. So many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, just ideal in every way.
