We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Mallorca. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked until the end of our stay, making everything seamless. The house was exactly as pictured online, very clean, well maintained, and had more than enough space for our group. One detail we especially appreciated was the fully stocked kitchen. It included cooking oils, seasonings, and other essentials that many vacation rentals don’t provide, which made preparing meals so much easier. The location couldn’t have been better. The house is just one block from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and shops, so everything we needed was nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find street parking for our rental car, even in such a popular tourist area.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable home in an excellent location near the beach, this is the perfect choice. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca.

Would book again!

Reasonable price for a great villa. Well connected to via bus / taxi to Alcúdia and Pollenca, stellar restaurants / cafes nearby and 2 minutes from the beach. Would book again!

Most importantly, you get what you pay for. The location, the facilities, the space, it's all exactly what you're anticipating and it isn't particularly expensive even in peak season and it makes for a lovely summer holiday. That said, there's between 50 to 100 small changes they could make to this property that would improve it. Some are very small things, like fixing the noise from one of the air con units, re-grouting the garden, fixing the broken shower head arm, re-affixing the master bedroom's broken shelves (rather than balancing the broken chipboard on a few screws), buying new ping pong ball bats, etc. It would equally be nice to have more than one copy of the front gate key, given this is meant to be a house for up to 8 people. More expensively they could also drain the pool and reaffix the broken off tiles (c 50 or so missing now?). Equally they could replace the cracked glass in the bannisters (and indeed fix the wobbly metal bannisters). But as I say, you get what you pay for.

The villa was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach

The villa was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and well equipped for our family's 2 week holiday. WiFi worked well and had great Aircon. Unfortunately the pool wasn't ready until the day after our arrival. The management team were apologetic about this and generally they were easy to communicate with and helpful via whats app. The outdoor area could have been a little nicer and better thought out with some plants and nicer fencing instead of black screen netting. Apart from this the listing is accurate.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our accommodation, we really appreciate it. We are sorry for the inconvenience with the pool, in such a hot season it is very easy that from one day to the next the water can change and become turbid, thank you very much for your patience and understanding. It has been a pleasure to have you as our guests, we wish you all the best.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. Overall we were very satisfied with the villa, it was as described and the pictures gave an accurate portrayal. The hosts were quick to respond to our queries both before and after our stay. There was a lack of basic amenities in the villa which would have improved my review. For example salt and pepper, oil and basic cooking requirements. Information on local places/restaurants and WiFi joining instructions would also have been useful. However, overall we were very satisfied. The outdoor space is great, the pool and outdoor seating area were much enjoyed.

The location is great and it’s a good size space

The location is great and it’s a good size space. We didn’t have hot water for 3 dayseven water for 1 day. The wifi was disconnected for 2 days as well as the tv. The maintenance man was kind but they didn’t come to fix right away because it was a holiday. When they did fix it we only had warm water. There was no attempt to remedy the issue- didn’t offer to buy us waterany type of refund at all. The couches need proper coversneed to be replaced. The dishwasher didn’t work.

Thank you very much for taking some of your time to rate our accommodation, we really appreciate it. We are sorry for the delay in resolving the inconvenience, but as you said, it was a public holiday and we were not contacted by the emergency telephone, but by a message that was read after the holiday as the office was closed. Of course, if you had made use of the 24/7 phone, it would have been solved more quickly. For our part it has been a pleasure to have you as our guests and we thank you for your patience and wish you all the best.
