You will find nearby many restaurants and shops, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away.

You are 200 meters from the Hospices de Beaune.
The first bedroom (20m²) contains a 160cm bed and the second (16m²) a 140cm bed. Each room has its private bathroom with shower as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The spacious living room is warm and friendly with hardwood floors, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a dining table and a large library.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The apartment also benefits from wi-fi, a Smart TV with +220 channels, board games, many books and comics.
