Our luxurious executive home is located on the prestigious gated development of FORMOSA GARDENS ESTATE on a lot size of 1/3rd of an acre. It has a fabulous pool with built in spa, a family room with a 75" Ultra-HD 4K TV with Cable / BluRay / DVD & Netflix. A second living room/den with 55” full HDTV. All rooms have ceiling fans and bedrooms have TV's and the three King Rooms also have access to Netflix.

We only take bookings for a maximum of six people in total (including children). We would ask that you please don't book our home if your numbers have any likelihood of increasing above our maximum. Thank you for your consideration.

Awesome home away from home!

Excellent and clear communication from the owner. Extremely well organized process and home. Literally had no problems with the stay. Convenient to Disney and surrounding restaurants and shopping! Definitely recommend this property!!!

Fabulous house.

From the moment we booked and were contacted by the owner the booking was stress free. The house is so well situated for the parks, it has everything you could possibly need to ensure your stay is perfect. There was even dishwasher powder, washing powder, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, in short those annoying extras you usually need to buy that you only use a little bit of. The house was beautifully clean, we felt safe and secure. The information pack provided by the owner was brilliant and we referred to it over our stay to find places to eat, shop and also any queries we had about the property. The owner was also very responsive as were the property managers. An excellent recommendation is that given the chance we would return in a heartbeat, we don’t need to look elsewhere for a rental in Florida. Beds were lovely and comfy and the bedding was clean as were the towels of which there were plenty. If I could say one bad thing, we’re didn’t stay for long enough! Thanks to Carol for allowing us to stay in her beautiful property. In the words of Arnie, we’ll be back 😁

Perfect home away from home!

Pictures doesn’t really do justice to this beautiful home! So close to Disney World, Universal and any restaurant your heart might desire, it was perfect for our family getaway. We absolutely loved the privacy of the pool and how serene and quiet it was!! Everything in the house is top quality and in abundance. We would definitely go back to this property again. Thank you Carol❤️

Great place to stay

This was, by far, the best home we've stayed in, over many years of renting in the area. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. There are so many extras provided, such as washing powder and dishwasher detergent and the home is well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, towels and bed linen. The owner and management company work hard to make sure that guests' needs are met and any issues are dealt with promptly. Carol, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and responded immediately to any queries we had. I particularly liked the individual information pack that was sent to us, prior to travel. It gave us the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the property and was full of really useful information. A lovely touch and very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Florida Palm Villa.
