Cable TV and high speed wifi is included. There is a further living area at the front of the home ensuring plenty of space to spread out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. As well as breakfast bar seating, there is a table and chairs for morning bites. A bright dining area also provides space to enjoy a full family meal. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shaded area?

Leading outside, the enormous pool deck stretches the width of the home and offers plenty of space to play. The deck faces south-west for those long afternoons enjoying the Florida outdoors right up to sunset. The large freeform pool overlooks the lake and also boasts a hot tub.
