¡Esperamos que disfruten y tengan muchos momentos de diversión durante sus vacaciones! Sin embargo, apreciaríamos mucho si son conscientes y mantienen el ruido al mínimo durante las horas nocturnas. Las fiestas están absolutamente prohibidas durante toda la estancia.
Rodeada de un entorno rural que ofrece mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. Perfecta para grupos numerosos. La finca se encuentra situada a sólo 4 km de Es Grau, una zona de veraneo que ha surgido en torno a un pequeño pueblo de pescadores. En el encontraréis algún encantador restaurante a pie de mar y un pequeño supermercado. En esta zona se ubica también un parque natural protegido repleto de senderos para los amantes de la naturaleza. Hay que destacar también la playa de Es Grau, sus aguas cristalinas y poco profundas la hacen perfecta para familias con niños pequeños.
La capital de la isla, Mahón, se haya a tan sólo 6 km de la finca. Como toda ciudad, ofrece un sin fin de posibilidades, restaurantes a todo lo largo del paseo marítimo, tiendas, bonitas calles por las que pasear. Una visita imprescindible.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Surrounded by a rural environment offering lots of privacy and tranquillity. Perfect for large groups. The finca is located only 4 km from Es Grau, a summer resort that has grown up around a small fishing village. Here you will find a charming restaurant by the sea and a small supermarket. In this area there is also a protected natural park full of trails for nature lovers. The beach of Es Grau is also worth mentioning, its crystalline and shallow waters make it perfect for families with small children.
The capital of the island, Mahón, is only 6 km from the finca. Like any city, it offers endless possibilities, restaurants all along the promenade, shops, beautiful streets to stroll through. An essential visit.
