Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboard are within walking distance. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

This studio has porcelain floors throughout, Redwood walls and closet, tile and travertine marble bathroom, granite countertops with bar seating and a pleather queen size couch/futon. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven, Full Sized Refrigerator and Stainless Steel Appliances. Relax seated on the deck reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

Property is exclusively managed by Mission Beach Management.

If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.

Mission Beach

Great stay but sadly it rained a lot while we were there. I would give 5 stars for everything except it was very small and not right on the beach. As advertised it was a block away- just a block away! If it were right on the beach it would have been perfect. But if there is good weather predicted (as it usually is in San Diego) I would definitely stay. And the price was right. Nice place to stay for the money. And an easy walk to beach. Note - No dishwasher and no washing machines if you need that. A paid washer dryer just behind building. Bring quarters.

Really enjoyed our stay except first traffic and noisy upstairs neighbor!!

Smooth process and location to bay and ocean were perfect. Delightful little mini mart nearby!

Great location

Stayed a week and loved the location. Nothing fancy but clean. The shower was amazing. Only trouble at times was parking but we figured it out.

Overall a Nice Stay

The location of the apartment is ideal! The beach is LITERALLY a 1/2 block away, and there is access to shopping, a grocery market and rollercoaster park all in walking distance! However; the space is very economic and they don't do a great job of making you aware of what the conditions would be before you book. The apartment office is 4 blocks away, you are expected to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels after 1 roll and you have to wash your own linens, take out the trash and clean the apartment if you don't pay your cleaning fee up front. There is also no installed air conditioning or heat (plug in fan and space heater only) and the entire space is one room with a open vent bathroom door, so there won't be any privacy. The good news is San Diego weather is pretty mild and you won't be sitting in the apartment most of the hottest hours, but they could've done a better job at explaining exactly what your $200+/night is getting you.
