Sehr gute Lage

Das Objekt befindet sich an einer tollen Lage. Leider lässt der Zustand zu wünsche übrig. Lift müsste geprüft werden. Letzte Prüfung im Jahr 2017!!! Sicherheit. Wasser ziemlich kalt.

Dear Thomas, thank you for your comment, it is you who make us improve our service. Inform you that the apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and I can assure you that the owners lookout for it a lot. 90% of the buildings in the center of Marbella and most of the cities of the world are old buildings, all the elevators are checked by law once a year maybe the sticker was not there but the truth is that we have never had complaints and we rented several apartments in the same community.
