A beautiful part of Mallorca that wasn’t overly crowded and noisy and essentially has everything you

[+] The views were wonderful and location. Plenty of seating. Washing facilities. There were toys and games for us to use as well as some store cupboard staples. [-] Fans were old and dirty and without air con it would have been nice for them to have been updated as night times were a bit uncomfortable with the heat. There was only one kettle to share between the upstairs and downstairs floors and the kettle itself didn’t work very well. (Switch wouldn’t stay down so wouldn’t stay on)

Casa fantastica attaccata al mare. Servizio offerto ottimo! Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con delle bevande fresche messe in frigo appositamente per noi. Casa ben fornita di ogni servizio specialmente per chi arriva in aereo e per il viaggio deve porre attenzione a liquidi e peso: ogni tipologia di detergente corpo e casa era fornito dalla struttura. Presenti phon, lenzuola e asciugamani. A questa serie di comodità si aggiunge la cordialità del proprietario che è passato la prima sera per assicurarsi che fosse tutto ok ed eventualmente si è messo a disposizione per le nostre necessità. Ci ha poi fornito l'accesso alla spiaggia privata che è letteralmente sotto casa, e non è prevista dal contratto di affitto. Quindi è stata una sua gentilezza lasciarci fruire quello spazio. Inoltre l'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la casa per l'intera giornata, il che ha dato la possibilità di fare tutte le pulizie e ultime faccende prima della partenza con molta tranquillità! Casa fantastica in una posizione bellissima e proprietario molto cordiale!! L'esperienza è stata ottima, struttura molto consigliata!

VISTA AZUL 8

El mejor apartamento de sant Elm, justo delante del mar con unas vistas increíbles parece que estás en un barco. Reservamos los dos apartamentos para toda la familia y estuvimos muy cómodos. Los propietarios están al lado y son encantadores. Sant elm es un pueblo tranquilo donde se respira calma y paz. Maravillosas vacaciones.

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus war genau so, wie beschrieben. Insbesondere die Terrasse im Obergeschoss haben wir genossen...es gibt keinen schöneren Platz für ein Frühstück. Und auch an den Abenden haben wir sort gern gesessen und den Blick genosse. Einfach himmlisch.

Séjour de rêve à Majorque

Très belle location comprenant 2 logements complètement équipés et communiquant. Idéal pour 2 familles. Chaque logement dispose d’une magnifique terrasse tous juste au dessus de la mer. Vraiment magique !

Flere gode spisesteder lige i nabolaget.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed, fantastisk at vågne op til bølgeskvulp og til at se solen gå ned bag drageøen hver aften. ‘Downtown’ Sant Elm er en 4 minutters smuk tur ned ad gaden, langs vandet, ned til en god bager med de lækreste croissant’er og friskt morgenbrød. Ligger nær ved gode vandrestier. Flere muligheder for gode børnevenlige strande nær ved. Flere gode spisesteder lige i nabolaget.

Ideale Unterkunft für Mallorcabesucher, die hier wander möchten

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Homerti gemacht. Vor Antritt der Reise in regelmäßigen Abständen über das weitere Vorgehen unterrichtet, vor Ort gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Über die Unterkunft: sehr gepflegt, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, da beide Wohnungen gemietet: schöne Zimmer, herrlicher Ausblick von Terrasse und Balkon; Platja de Sant Elm ca. 700 m entfernt, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern.
