The apartment has three bedrooms, one of them with one double bed (1,35 x 1,90m) the second with two single beds of 0,90 x 1,90m each and the last bedroom has a just one single bed (0,90 x 1,90m). The apartment has also an independent bathroom, and a toilet.

The living room is furnished in detail, with high quality and designer furniture, and the kitchen is independent, modern and of quality.

It also has a private patio, carpeted with artificial grass and with garden furniture.

The apartment is located in a privileged area to visit Seville. On the one hand, crossing the Recaredo Avenue itself, we are in the most historic and oldest area of the center of Seville, but on the other hand, the back area is a good residential area for local people, where you can find many bars and typical restaurants of Seville, stores, food markets and typical products, and of course supermarkets.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Modern, confortable , central.
Great Flat, communication very good. Best confortable beds, nice well equipped kitchen, patio. We loved the place. The only downside is the windows of the main bedroom are really not sound proof so it feels like you sleep in the street but even amplified. Looked everywhere if window was not left open somewhere but No. So my husband ended up taking one of the children bedroom as he couldn t sleep and sending child to me. Otherwise was really the best flat we rented during our week in andaloucia .
