Beautiful 2 bedroom private villa with its own pool. Located a short walk from the pretty Spanish village of Sucina with bars & restaurants.
Property has wonderful gardens and a large roof terrace now with glass balustrade to compliment the surrounding views.
2 bedrooms one of which is a double and the other a twin.
Refitted bathroom with walk in large rain forest shower.
Outdoor space provides sun loungers, shaded pergola & outdoor dining and small outdoor kitchen with drinks fridge.
Private Pool area has walking steps into the shallow end.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Located a 15 minute drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, we do recommend car hire.
25 minutes from Murcia Internation Airport
60 minutes from Alicante Airport
