A classically furnished apartment, located right on the lakefront, with breathtaking views of the Bellagio peninsula, in the center of Lake Como.

Just steps from the magical town of Varenna.

Fiumelatte takes its name from the Fiumelatte River, one of the shortest rivers in Italy, from its source to its plunge into the lake. It rushes down the valley with an average gradient of 36°, giving its roaring waters a sparkling, milky white hue.

Hot water is provided by an 80L boiler, so you will need to wait a few minutes once it empties.

PLEASE NOTE: The house does not have private parking. There are some public parking spaces in the area that require a fee and a parking disc. However, finding them may be difficult during the high season.
