Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all of the main attractions and easy access to train and buses. Gorgeous streets to explore with cafes, restaurants and all sorts of shops immediately surrounding you. Silvia was very accommodating and welcoming.

Silvia and Mr Amil are the most wonderful hosts. the apartment is lovely and with it's own history. the location is just superb with being walking distance to both Colloseum and Termini whilst being in a very local area away from crowds od tourists.

Perfect location to be staying whilst sightseeing in Rome. This place was close to dining, supermarkets and the metro whilst still being fairly quiet at night. Silvia is a fabulous host and very accomodating of our early check in. The place has a kitchen and all you need to cook should you wish. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this apartment. The owner, Sylvia, as very friendly and helpful. She provided excellent check-in instructions and recommendations; she even offered to wash our laundry for us (without extra cost). The apartment is incredibly conveniently located; within walking distance of most major sites (except the Vatican). The AC was much appreciated during the summer heat wave. The apartment is part of a historic building, so it has a lot of unique character. That being said, it could use some updates. Both beds are fold-out sofas and could use an update (or at least updated mattresses); we found them pretty uncomfortable for sleeping. The windows are old and let in a lot of neighborhood noise; the apartment is near a corner with a very popular (and delicious!) restaurant, but if you are a light sleeper (and go to bed early), it could make sleeping more challenging. All said, it is still a nice apartment and the location cannot be beat; a few updates would make it exceptional.

We had a great stay! Four nights and the location was magical. Silvia was a great host and gave in full detail the history of the location when we arrived and was given the tour. The one thing I would warn about is the WiFi was very in and out, so if you need it for work or emails then I would consider an alternative.

Perfect location for exploring Rome!

Everything about this apartment is wonderful. From the kind hosts to the lovely courtyard to the beautiful windows, mystay was absolutely incredible. The location is amazing for exploring Rome by foot - although the Monti neighborhood is so charming you don’t have to go very far to get the true Rome vibe.

The property was as described. Good location. It was a bit noisy at night time since I was traveling with kids. Even on weekdays people would sit by the stairs next to building and be loud, you can also hear the city trucks picking up trash keep my family and I up through the night but I guess that is the price to pay when you stay in the city center. Really good food places near by. Also parking was not available as described. We had to park on the street. Good overall.

The host is lovely and provided fantastic tips for exploring Rome! While the apartment is historic and kept tidy, there are some maintenance and comfort issues to note. The TV didn't work, the dishwasher left a white film on the glassware, the shower head needs attention, coffee pods were not provided for our stay (though coffee is easily found nearby).The biggest factor for future guests is the noise from the external staircase where people gather at night—definitely pack wax earplugs. Additionally, the apartment isn't furnished for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, as you have to lie on the beds (which are rollout/sofa style) to unwind. This is a good choice for those who want a responsive host in a central area and plan to spend most of their time out exploring.

An enjoyable stay

We had a warm welcome from our host who was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, had loads of character to it and was very spacious and bright letting lots of sunshine and fresh air in. The location was perfect and close to all the sights of Rome. We had an amazing time.

Great stay. Location was perfect as it was convenient short walk to many sites and to train station and Metro. Room well kept in historic building. Sylvia was very informative and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
