This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower enclosure.
The main bedroom is very bright, it has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.
It has cooling and heating through underfloor radiant heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols
