Just 2 km from the shores of Lake Garda, in the small hamlet of Gazzane, within the Alto Garda Park, this 4-person villa is a welcoming base for those who want to truly explore this beautiful part of Italy.
The house is a detached property, completely renovated in November 2025, in a very quiet and sunny location, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature in this charming villa. Inside, the accommodation features a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a sofa bed, perfect for couples, families, or small groups.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, stovetop, and refrigerator with freezer.
The property offers a large garden and a porch, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Salò is not only a wonderful town to explore and enjoy, but also offers several lakeside beaches and is a ferry stop, allowing guests to easily explore the rest of Lake Garda. The area also offers sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, horseback riding, and golf.
Salò has supermarkets and small shops, as well as a weekly market (Saturday morning), which is an excellent place to spend some time sampling the finest local produce.
Art and history lovers can visit the famous \"Vittoriale degli Italiani,\" home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (2 km), and the new \"MUSA\" museum in Salò (500 meters).
The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour\'s drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 5 minutes\' drive).
