With an incredible lake view, La Villetta completely renovated between January and March 2018, is immersed in nature, but a few hundred meters from the characteristic town of Navazzo.
The house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, sofa bed and fireplace ready for use.
Two private lookouts, one facing the lake, one at the back of the house.

La Villetta is the ideal place for lovers of mountain biking, walking in the mountains, or in the woods, because it is located directly on the routes most loved by sportsmen. In fact, directly from home you can leave on foot or by bike towards Monte Castello, Cima Cimer, Lago di Valvestino.
La Villetta is also ideal for families, children are free to run and have fun in the green, the lake is 15 minutes away by car, this allows even in summer to be out of the tourist chaos, but in peace in the dominant position on the lake .
La Villetta is also ideal for couples, who like to contemplate nature, enjoy a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Rundum zufrieden

Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so toll war, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wegbeschreibung war eindeutig und gut zu finden. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, eine Leselampe wäre noch toll. Die Lage ist in den Bergen ruhig mit fantastischem Blick auf den See. Es war etwas kühl im Haus, Claudia war schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen und hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Wanderwege sind unmittelbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist super lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Zeer rustig

Wij zijn aan het bouwen niet ver daar vandaan en voor onze drukke zaak daar apart van en daarbij voor de afspraken. Met architect en de follow up , was het nodig om rust te hebben en daar was de ideale plaats mooi uitzicht op het meer en daar wij zelf onze vollautomatische koffiemachine en ijsblokjesmaker bijhadden was alles perfect . Maar zeker aanrader voor mensen die rust zoeken en graag wandelen in de bergen

Das Haus und die Lage sind spitze, es ist ruhig und der Blick über den See zu jeder Tageszeit ein Traum. Es hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Die Beschreibung der Zufahrt war von Claudia gut beschrieben und der Kontakt mit Claudia war toll. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir im September wieder kommen. Die Matratzen der Betten sind echt gut und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Kühlschränke waren an als wir kamen und Getränke vor Ort. Lieben Dank

Schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles was man so benötigt ist vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine :) Ganz besonders haben wir die Sicht zum See und hinüber zum Monte Baldo Massiv genossen. Für ein nächtliches Schauspiel haben die tanzenden Glühwürmchen gesorgt. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieter, sie ist für alle Fragen offen.

Sommerurlaub am Gardasee

Wir waren das erste Mal am Gardasee und das wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die Wohnung war supersauber, bestens ausgestattet und wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze gabs direkt vor dem Haus, schöner Garten mit super Blick über den See. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöner Ausblick, viel Natur und Ruhe

Wir waren zu fünft in dem Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, abseits vom Trubel am Gardasee. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten bei einem Stausee in den Bergen wo man herrlich wandern und in einem kleinen Bergfluss in den Gumpen Baden kann. In 15 Minuten erreicht man auch über eine sehr kurvige Straße den Gardasee. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und auch ein Café und ein Restaurant. Der Garten mit Blick auf den See ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Stühle und Liegen für uns alle waren da. Vielen Dank liebe Claudia, es war toll!

Atemberaubende Aussicht und Ruhe

Für diese Location haben wir uns wegen der atemberaubenden Aussicht entschieden. Erhöht gelegen über dem typisch schlichten Bergdorf Navazzo überzeugt La Viletta mit einer gemütlichen und gepflegten Einrichtung und einem Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Ausstattung ist prima, es fehlte uns an fast nichts. Das fehlende Eiswürfelfach wird durch ein flottes Internet wett gemacht :) Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war kompetent und angenehm. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt.
