Great place to stay while visiting Rome. While it can be a long walk to some of the main attractions, it is wonderfully close to a number of great restaurants at night. It’s on a quiet side street which is nice. Our host Raffeale was terrific. He supplied a list of 5 restaurants in the area of which we dined at 4 of them and were very happy with the food. He also checked in mid stay to make sure everything was going OK and that we had no questions. Checkin and check out was easy.
Had a great time! Property is located in the lovely neighborhood of Trastevere, but in a quiet street away from all the noise. The host was very communicative and helpful with recommendations of the area/transportation!!

Ciao Madeline grazie per la recensione! Vi aspettiamo a Roma!
Raffaele (the host) was very helpful and his son met us right at the property and walked us through the apartment upon arrival. The property (while small - as described) has everything we needed. The extensive welcome pack treats were very appreciated.Easy walking access into Trastevere and greater Rome and the Vatican.
Really nice apartment for the price. Close to a lovely neighborhood with all the bars and restaurants you need for dinner. In walking distance to all the sights. Perfect for our stay.
We were here for a week visiting Rome. It was a good place for 2 people for the week, just as advertised. It is very conveniently located, and Raffaele the host is communicative.
The host was very informative, flexible, and helpful for checking in and out. The location was perfect in terms of proximity for the sites and activities. Overall, it fit perfectly for a short vacation in Rome.
This little apartment was wonderful and exactly what we wanted and expected. The host (Raffaele) was responsive, helpful and very nice. The check in and check out process was easy. The apartment was clean, functional and exactly as listed. The location of the property is in the historic neighborhood of Trastevere - so it’s walking distance to all the historic places, (including the Vatican). Although we didn’t drive while in Rome, we did have a car and there is (meter) parking on the street, which was helpful. If you’re looking for a clean, small, and functional apartment located in the heart of Rome, this property is worth considering.

Grazie per la bella recensione! È stato un piacere avervi conosciuto e vi aspettiamo ancora!
Raffaele was a 10/10!! Great communication and met us right at the property and walked us through the entire studio upon arrival!! The property has everything we needed and perfect for our three day trip in Rome! Overall the property was very clean, but the one thing that bothered my fiance was the bed sheets had what looked like dog hair in them! Overall smelled clean and had no stains! Just something that she noticed! Would totally stay here again when in Rome!
The apart Is in a great location for all attractions in Rome. It’s small as advertised but has the amenities you need. Raffaele and his wife met us on arrival and were great hosts - providing lots of information and recommendations.
Unfortunately the apartment is really quite dark, like many of the apartments in the area. Also there was a smell of damp in the bathroom during our stay.
It’s great for a couple of days if you want to be in a central location.

Trestevere
Place was clean and had everything we needed. We knew it was small. However the moldy smell was a problem. There is a dehumidifier but no instructions so when the tank filled up it stopped working. We didn't know to empty that. Even so it wasn't enough to take away the smell. The super hard bed was quite uncomfortable. Really dark inside as well. They tried hard but it is a rough stay!

I'm very sorry for the review you gave me also because I've been on the web for 3 years and I've almost always received 5 star reviews and never below 4 stars!
My husband and I stayed here at the beginning of June when we arrived in Rome for our honeymoon. It was such a great spot and perfect for two people. Raffaele was easy to communicate with and let us have a late checkout so we could explore another brunch spot as there was not another accommodation right after us. This place is in the BEST location. So central and close to the night life of Trastevere but far enough that it’s quite at night for sleeping. There is also a little outdoor space you can access through a lockable window. We safely hung our washed clothing out there and I did yoga one morning. The pillows and bed are quite firm, but honestly you’ll spend most of your time exploring the city so this will be the least of your concern. Would definitely recommend this location to stay while visiting Roma!
Communication in advance with the owner went well: he replied quickly and was very kind. Upon arrival, the owner and his wife both welcomed us and showed us around. Their English is so-so but we got all information across and they were again very kind and thoughtful. It is a small studio, but has everything to make it comfortable for longer stays too: a laundry machine and space to hang the laundry, good climate control, and a fully equipped kitchen. It looks out on a shady courtyard, giving the apartment plenty of light but keeping it cool. The location is also good: in a quiet street, about 15 minutes' walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona, and within a couple minutes you're in the heart of Trastevere with plenty of options for eating out and nightlife. And all this for a very good price. We loved our visit. Thanks again, Raffaele!
We stayed 3 nights at the apartment. Have stayed in Roma 2 other times but near Termini. First the drawbacks. The host was very clear that the apartment is small. It really is quite small and suitable only for a couple that travels light to very light. As is often in Europe, the bathroom is tight. The location is very good but expect to walk most places as bus service is not good this side of Tiber. By the time you have walked to the appropriate bus stop, you are near your destination. Don't even think of parking without trouble. Now the good. The apartment is well furnished, well stocked and well decorated. The host was fantastic. He was concerned that the bed was too small, but it is slightly larger than US double. There are lots of Trastevere tabernas, etc just 10 to 15 minutes away & with good food. 15 to 40 minutes walking gets you to most of the major Roma sites. Tho' tight, there was enough room to function properly. It was quiet in the apartment. And, no small matter to us, there was a sheet under the duvet. We are more comfortable with a sheet as the duvet is often too hot. If you are looking in Trastevere, this apartment is close to most places of interest, not in a big noisy building and with a great host. (We down-graded because of the bus problems).

Ciao Sherilyn and Larry
We are sorry that you have had problems with the buses. Unfortunately in the center of Rome there is a lot of traffic, the streets are narrow and the buses are slow.
Our suggestion is to get around on foot because the apartment is located in a strategic point that allows you to visit the entire historic center with good shoes.

Grazie Carolina!
Great spot to use as a launching pad to explore Rome. Tiny studio, but well equipped and modern. Raffaele was extraodinarily helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend for the solo traveler.
