The villa is located in a privileged location just 5 minutes walk from the center of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina, where you will find plenty of entertainment. This elegant accommodation is perfect for group or family trips. All rooms have a private bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven. There are no gas appliances. The villa has 3 bedrooms all en-suite, composed by 3 floors, the owners, Fernando and Tanya live in the basement but they have their own entrance and offer 100% privacy to the guests, besides they are always prepared to help the guests in any situation. On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, equipped kitchen, living room, toilet, and a covered terrace with barbecue. for meals al fresco. On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms, each one with terrace.

My wife Tanya helps with our guests reception and she cleans the house and she prepares all necessary items for the guests. WE do everything possible to make our guests fell home and comfortable in our house. I speak English, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.

This property has a excellent location, just 5 minute walk to Vilamoura center and 10 minute to the Marina, where there are lots of restaurants, bars, casino with night shows and a lot of other amenities.
What makes this property unique
No need to rent a car as all the basic needs are near by. It takes about 15 minute walk to get to the beach. The nearest super market is a 10 minute walk.
