We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Keystone! The location truly couldn’t be better — it made getting to skiing, restaurants, and shops incredibly easy for our group.The condo itself was perfect for two families. It felt spacious, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Being on the top floor with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows made the space feel extra special — so much natural light and such a cozy mountain vibe.The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made everything seamless. We especially appreciated the covered parking (a huge bonus in the winter!) and the hot tub/pool area — such a treat after a day on the slopes.Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely come back again!

On the positive side — very well provisioned with dishes etc, really nice space and indoor parking is great. In short a great place but in need of a few upgrades and fixes

Nice condo for the family

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Check in/check out process was a breeze, the heated garage was awesome, kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. We skied at Keystone, which was just a few minutes drive down the road.

Amazing getaway!

Beautiful, clean and with all the amenities for a great vacation. It is located walking distance from shops and very close to keystone village and the mountain activities. We hiked and did mountain top yoga with incredible views. The owner was kind, helpful and very responsive. They provided great tips to make our stay more enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better host

The property is conveniently located across the street from Keystone. Be sure to use the shuttles to limit the amount of walking. The property is well kept and Travis is amazingly responsive if you need anything at all. We had a great time and are looking forward to another stay next year!

February snowboarding getaway

This property is exactly as it is advertised. The views from the family room and balcony of the mountains and Keystone resort are beautiful. It is easy walking distance to shops, a small grocery store and restaurants. The condo was spacious for 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were a little flat though. Overall, this condo was a perfect place for a weekend away in Keystone. Easy access to many other places in the area and an easy drive up from Denver airport.

We had an enjoyable time at 406. The location was convenient to Base Mountain and we took our van to the free parking every day as suggested by Travis. This worked out well for our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids under 10. We also used the pool every day. We would stay again.

Pro: great location, very close to the slopes, very spacious, accurate description of listing, very well equipped with amenities. My group enjoyed our stay with great views of the mountains. There is also underground and outside parking, hot tub and indoor pool, and gym on the 2nd floor. Cons: the carpet has a lot of stains and possible pet fur which could use a deep cleaning or change of carpet. Master Bath tub drain was clogged. Not good ventilation when cooking.

Comfortable, convenient condo for family ski trip

We stayed here over our spring break - 2 families together in this unit for a ski trip in Keystone. It was a great location close to both River Run and Mountain House ski entry points. Located right along Hwy 6 to access key points in Keystone. The condo contacts were responsive and helpful. The unit was a good spacious unit. Master suite was the most spacious and our 4 kids enjoyed the bunk room. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with essential cooking & serving ware. Not mentioned in the listing, but TV had a Roku device connected, so was great to catch our usual TV access when we'd brought our own. Another convenience was the laundry room with 2 washers & dryers were just steps from the condo front door on the floor. Parking garage space was nice as well to stay out of the weather elements. We would recommend this condo to our friends & family and would consider staying here again should we return to Keystone.

Fabulous Location/Great Host!

We had a great ski vacation with three generations of family. The little kids were in ski school for most of the day and they loved coming back to the condo and jumping in the pool and hot tub. We loved the layout of the condo, with the master w/en suite on one side and the kids' room and 2nd BR w/main bath on the other. Perfect for our family.We loved all the games that were provided. The kids had a blast playing Jenga and Life.The location of the condo was second to none- ski rentals, groceries, restaurants, shops, and most importantly- the ski lifts, were all super convenient. Our host was very responsive and answered all our questions super quickly. We felt we were in good hands if we needed anything.The parking garage was so great since we had about 8" of fresh powder overnight all three nights, so not having to clean the snow off a big Suburban was so nice.The kitchen was great- everything we needed in terms of glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. Overall, it couldn't have been a better place to stay for our four night ski vacation in Keystone! Thank you!

CO in the summer? We LOVED our stay and can't wait to come back this winter!

From the moment we requested information on the property Travis was quick to respond and provide us all the details we needed to make our decision. Super happy we choose to stay at Travis and Becky's condo at Ore Grande in Keystone! Let me begin by saying this unit has everything you will need for your visit outside of the food you intend to cook. Having rented with VRBO often, so many of our past rentals do not have what you need for your stay. Travis and Becky have extra's of everything: Pots, pans and even "sharp" knives! You want to make waffles in the morning? There is a waffle maker! You need to add some lemon zest on your shrimp scampi? Yes there is a zester! Are you planning to cork a bottle of wine, walk over to the china hutch and use a nice wine glass. Needless to say, the kitchen is well equipped. As far as sleeping, the bedding is comfortable we slept well each night with the windows open to let the mountain air come inside. They had couple box fans that we used to bring the cool evening air into the condo, as well as, humidifiers for each room to help put some moisture back into the dry air. If you are looking for things to do, well it is CO and we loved taking hikes in the mountains, riding mountain bikes, fishing on the Snake River and just getting lost in Summit County. Though this trip was in the summer, we also love coming to ski at Keystone and A Basin in the winter and will be booking here again when we do. If you have never been to Keystone, I would encourage you to go, the location is so convenient to Keystone Village, Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail - you will have a blast getting out there. Looking forward to visiting again! Thanks!
