Our immaculate 2-bedroom/1.5-bath condo is located in a quiet, Key Westy 4-plex and is only 200 footsteps to the best beach on Florida's West Coast...Indian Rocks Beach at 7th ave and gulf blvd. This condo has King in Primary bedroom and Queen in 2nd bedroom; located on the beach side (west) of the main thoroughfare Gulf Blvd. No street to cross to the beach for jaw-dropping sunsets and frolicking dolphins. This cozy beach retreat has great natural light and is nestled amid tropical foliage, one flight of stairs above covered, ground level parking (no elevator). Fully equipped unit with balcony, includes flat screen TV's in living room and bedroom, WiFi, and cable. All linens and towels provided, In unit, full size washer and dryer. We provide everything you need for fun in the sun, including cart and beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers, all await to make your beachside vacation as care free as possible. You can pack light, your swimsuit, beach towel and flip flops will do! When the sun slips into the water each evening, you have choices, kick back, grill out on the ground level patio, take a walk looking for the perfect shells, enjoy an amazing sunset from the beach chairs or ride the beach trolley to the local hot spots (trolley stop right across the street). Walking distance to great local restaurants (Seafood, Italian, Thai, Sushi, Oysters, Pizza, Subs, Ice cream...you name it!) and plenty of outdoor beach bars with live entertainment.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in KING BEDROOM and 2 in QUEEN BEDROOM). We supply comfortable furnishing, mattresses and bedding for relaxation and furniture out on the balcony or patio. Uncluttered beachy vibe is the decor styke. Kitchen is equipped with side by side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, electric range and microwave oven. You will also find small appliances along with kitchen tools for easy meal preparation and blended drinks.

Golfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding are all nearby options for your outdoor fun, or if you prefer tourist shopping, visit John's Pass or the local shopping centers nearby. Beach play is steps away, take a break at the Kooky Coconut for ice cream, cuban sandwich or check out the waterpark, only a 5 minute walk.

Perfect Spot in IRB

We love IRB and this condo is in a perfect location. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. It is quiet and very well equipped. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this place. Clean apartment located in a great location close to the beach. This apartment has everything you need for a great vacation. Perfect location, cute city with nice streets, fishing spots and a great beach! Management is friendly, easy and quick to answer all questions.

Perfect vacation

This condo had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The owners thought of everything.... from the beach toys, the local maps and ice packs in the freezer to the pizza cutter in the kitchen drawer! The condo was cozy and less than 3 min walk to the beach! Beautiful spot! We will be back!

The condo is great. Nice linens on beds. Great pillows. Clean as can be. The kitchen is well stocked. Best location in IRB. Deb was very responsive. There is a tiny view of the gulf. We would stay here again.

Very nice beach retreat

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen included everything we needed. Owner was very hospitable and responsive to any questions. Beach access was only two buildings from the condo and cart was provided to wheel items to beach. Location was walking distance from restaurants. Small water view from condo deck. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice condo

Condo was exactly what we expected! Location is great! We have stayed in other units in the same building. It is definitely our favorite place to stay. The only negative for the entire building is the parking. Spaces are a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle. I have parked a full size truck here though. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. Can’t wait for next years vacation!!

Indian Rocks Beach Top-Shelf Location

The newness and meticulous attention to detail makes this spot our favorite at Indian Rocks Beach. The owners, Deb and Joe, are eager to see their guests get the most out of a vacation here in this great part of the world. They give so many great details on how to enjoy their place and the stuff going on in the neighborhood. A basket in the kitchen, for instance, contains menus from all the great restaurants nearby. The chairs, umbrellas, and other beach stuff they make available is wonderful. We relaxed more than we have in a long time! We would highly recommend this spot!

Terrific condo!

Great location, easy steps to the beach, 3 great restaurants, drug store and ice cream. Tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony, nice and big with 2 seating spots, and we often ate outside. Kitchen is very well stocked, everything we needed and more, lots of little things such as dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soaps, we didn't need to run out for anything! The TV is the living room is a great quality and size, perfect for all the Olympic watching we did. The items provided in the locker for the beach is, well, WOW! Incredible variety and number of items for children right up to retirees! Never any problems with parking. Loved our stay!

This condo was easy to find, in a good location close to beach access and places to eat, well equipped and comfortable. Personally, I would choose water view or maybe even beachfront next time. I am guessing any water view there was has been eliminated by additional construction of the neighboring property.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

This property was everything you could ask for a perfect beach vacation. The apartment was very well appointed . While not directly on the beach it was just a very short walk. The area offered several restaurants within walking distance. The pictures and description were as described. Owners were very responsive and very hospitable. The beach is second to none. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Property and Great Host

The condo was simple, comfortable, and very clean with everything you might need for a great beach getaway. It's only a short walk to shops and restaurants, but far enough away you don't hear the crowds at night. Best of all, only a two minute walk to the beach! Deb was absolutely on top of everything, super responsive, and an absolute joy to interact with. One of the best hosts we've ever stayed with.

Perfect family spot

This was our second time staying here. It is very clean and spacious. We had 2 adults and 3 children and the comfy couch and extra linens acted perfectly as another bed that they enjoyed taking turns on. The condo is just a super quick walk from the beach and several places to dine. We can't wait for our next beach vacay to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed staying at this nicely decorated and clean condo, we had everything we need it in the kitchen. Beds were super comfortable , so were the pillows. Beach access was just around the corner. Overall will recommend it to all friends and family!
