We love having the patio to sit and drink wine. It is located within .3 miles of the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We spent nine days here and one can not go wrong with the great place. You are located right outside the walls of the Vatican. Life right around us is booming with restaurants and eateries. Everything is a five- to 10-minute walk. Bus transportation is about 5 minutes away and it will take you where you desire. Hot July brought a very cold, air-conditioned apartment. The host met us with keys and a walk-through and was available anytime we needed to reach out via the VRBO app.

This apartment has a nice garden so if you have the time to relax during your stay in Rome then this is a good option. It's a bit old fashioned decoratively speaking and there were a few things missing - like a bedroom door! Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The fresh lemons from the garden were delicious too.

Marco was fabulous and gave me a walk through on check in and let me know he was available whenever for questions. The place was nice and much nicer than my friends hotel for 3 people! The garden patio was amazing with fruit trees and places to sit. A great place to sip some wine and relax after running all over Rome. Great location, a very quick walk to the Vatican. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Our host was wonderful. Very accomodating, and so nice. Our only regret is that we had so much planned that we didn"t have much time to enjoy the garden patio. It is so very close to shops, restaurants, and the Vatican.
