The only negative and it is personal preference. All the doors and locks to get into the apartment was challenging for us. Some of the locks were temperamental and we would have to get it just right everytime. That is the only reason why I would not stay there again. Other than that everything else was great.
The apartment was very conveniently located. A store was on the next corner, We went to a performance of La Traviata in the church next door. The patio was wonderful for eating breakfast
The check-in process was excellent. They were very flexible with us as our flight was delayed six hours. Everything was as listed on the website. Very secure and safe place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck and the ability to step outside and eat or just relax.
Pros: Check in process was easy and very flexible even though I had delays due to airport and the train. It was also an ideal distance, about 15 minutes, to most main attractions or station. The unit had plates, microwave, utensils, and washer (but didn't end up using it). Balcony did have a great view and I would recommend using it at night time though cause it did get pretty hot in the terrace. The entrance to get in requires 4 sets of keys, but it was pretty easy to distinguish which is which and to use since the instructions were clear. Cons:The couch was softer than the bed though and the bottom of the shower curtains had some gunk on it. The first night in, the AC took about 3-4 hours to get to a suitable temperature to sleep. I could never comfortably go under the blankets cause it wasn't cool enough for me. I was mostly sweating through the beginning waiting for it to cool down. Eventually the following days it only took about 1-2 hours to cool down to an average room temperature of around 75 degrees. You need to leave the key into the AC when you enter to turn it on and you can't leave it cooling while gone.

Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad the check-in process worked smoothly despite the delays, and that you enjoyed the location and the balcony view.
Regarding the AC: reaching around 24°C (75°F) is actually a very good result for an Italian summer, and it's the standard comfortable temperature here — Italian apartments generally aren't set up to reach the colder temperatures common in other countries, as that's not typically how AC is used locally. The key card system is also standard in Italian apartments, an energy-saving feature that keeps the AC running only while someone is in the unit. Unfair rating to be honest.
Amenities were excellent, aside from clothes washer which simultaneously did not fully clean and caused color leeching from clothing. Great Kitchen

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the amenities and the kitchen. Regarding the washing machine, that’s quite unusual — it’s a standard model and it works perfectly. Perhaps the washing program selected wasn’t the most suitable for your clothes.
This apartment is perfect for anyone wanting a more authentic visit to Rome along with much more space and amenities than a hotel would give for the same price. My husband and I are Americans who were traveling to Italy for the first time and staying in Rome for a few days at the end of a cruise. I found the apartment through Expedia as I was looking for hotel rooms and thought it looked like a better option. The location was perfect. We walked to most major sights including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The subway red line, which will take you to The Vatican, is a quick walk away. There is a little grocery store on the corner, which was perfect for buying fresh pasta, fruit, and beverages. At the end of a long trip, it was nice to eat in sometimes. It was also wonderful to have a washing machine. We thought it was fun to use the drying rack on the balcony, as that is what the locals do, and it worked quite well. The grocery store on the corner is also a Bounce site for storing your luggage if needed prior to checking in. The terrace has a lovely view and was very pleasant in the evening. We visited in July, when daytime temps were in the high 90s, and it was a relief to return to the cool apartment for an afternoon rest. My only note to other travelers considering this apartment is that the shower is on the small size—similar to an RV shower. But, my husband and I are on the small side of average, and it worked just fine for us.
Very nice apartment in a great, vibrant location with a huge terrace. The place was very clean and larger than the pictures. Close to Termini train station, subway stops, grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen is small but serviceable. We would definitely stay there again.
The location is good with a quick walk to the Termini station for trains and Metro stops. The Repubblica stop on Metro B is even closer. The building is relatively quiet with a quick elevator to the fifth floor. Being able to walk out onto the balcony is a nice way to be outdoors quickly. The kitchen and bathroom both function well. The bedroom is filled with light from two separate windows, and the bed is good. The check-in process went quickly.
Great place! I had to check one star for the "winery experience" as we did not do this, but I could not leave it blank. I did not know what this was/how to participate in a "winery experience". But otherwise, everything was great, nice quiet place and an easy walk to several things to do/see
Just the best location. If you don’t mind a walk, most of the big attractions are within 30mins. Then at hand the Irish pub, the Pisallegra pizza shop one of the best. Check out St Paul’s within the walls for their Opera nights. The list goes on.
Opera 65 is the perfect place for those who want to be in the historical center and within walking distance of many museums and public transportation. There are many excellent restaurants, coffee and pastry shops, and an open air market within two blocks of the flat. Via Nazionale, a great street for shopping, is only half a block away and Termini, a hub of public transportation is close. The flat is well furnished and, although best equipped for a couple, does have a foldout sofa. The terrace provides a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. The only negative experience was a VERY loud party in the flat below us the night before we left (Halloween). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or heating up meals.
