Location was great for the city of Fertilia. 15 minute drive to Alghero. Beautifully decorated with the owners personal artwork. Farmers market on Saturday for clothes and other items like CHEESE. Location being walkable for restaurants in Fertilia so you don’t need to deal with all the cars and traffic in Alghero. Be aware of parking- not a lot of it and I apparently parked in a ZTL zone. Cost me 30 euros. Lastly owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs.
