Views of Grand Traverse East Bay with the privacy of 10 acres and minutes from downtown Traverse City or Elk Rapids. Home was completed in June of 2017 and is located near GLEF, Turtle Creek Casino, Golf, Lake Michigan, Elk Lake, Torch Lake, hiking and biking trails and wine tours. 2 miles from the Flintfields Equestrian Festival. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets while relaxing on over 600 square feet of wrap around deck. Home is warm and inviting with plenty of space for the whole family. Large open kitchen, dining, and living room. Pets okay! New for 2024 is a Ring Camera near the sunroom entrance facing the driveway to ensure ease of communication should you have any questions.

We really enjoyed our family stay here. Beds were very comfortable. Felt at home with many amenities, especially for our 1 year old and dog. Well maintained property. Enjoyed sunsets and hot tub on the deck. 15 minutes from Traverse City and close to grocery store. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend, especially for families.

Made us feel at home!

The farmhouse was beautiful and perfect for our family get away - 6 adults, 4 children. The kids had room to run outside, the bedrooms were nice, and the kitchen and grill were great for family meals. Very relaxing on the deck watching the sunset! I highly recommend it!

Perfect Fit

Northern Michigan is a beautiful place with genuine residents. This is exemplified in this home, which is a charming, well thought out, beautifully constructed and carefully maintained property. We had the family and extended family with us, and everyone enjoyed their space and the communal spaces. Comfortable beds, lovely appointments and all are presented with charming touches and decor. The owners have anticipated your almost every need. Communication was easy and instant. A star amongst VRBO rental properties/owners, this home exceeded our expectations in every way.

Serene, quiet home with gorgeous sunset views

Lovely home tucked away from city life but close enough to all the attractions. Sunsets are the highlight of this home. Rachel and her family were very responsive and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable.

Lovely home

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well appointed. We were in the area for the horse show. Having such a wonderful place to come back to at the end of a long day made all the difference in our trip!

We loved it!!!

We had such a nice stay at this home. If had a fantastic vibe and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We even all had our own bathrooms. We grilled dinner and even grabbed a couple fresh zucchini from Rachels garden. Each sunset was better then the last- we would return in a heartbeat!!

Most adorable farm house! Great for big groups

I stayed here with 8 other girls for a bachelorette party. The house is adorable and huge! More than enough space for all of us. The owners are beyond nice and accommodating. We all loved the house. I highly recommend it!!!
