The scene is always changing on Lupine Lake with its abundant waterfowl and other thirsty critters. Close to the Glaze Meadow Recreation, you will find two pools, playground, tennis courts, bike rental, sports shop, sauna, steam room, and exercise area. The terrain is level for even the smallest bikers, and you can bring your pup. This lovely and private area of the Ranch will become one of your favorite destinations.

MAIN FLOOR | This home has an open floor plan that includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen all with amazing views. The dining area provides easy access to a large wrap around deck overlooking all that nature has to offer. The deck area of this home is very private and has an abundance of natural areas to explore. The living area has a large wood burning fireplace and high-end furnishings. The dining area has a dining table for six guests, and the kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets for convenient meal preparation. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer in the kitchen and a single car garage off the laundry room. The King Bedroom has an Ensuite bathroom as well as private office area with floor-to-ceiling windows with priceless views. This bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a cedar lined soaking tub.

SECOND FLOOR | The Upper Level of this home has a large bonus room with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a full view of the meadow and black Butte. Enjoy the reading nook or playing games at the vintage round table. There are two bedrooms and a shared Full bathroom on this level. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and a cute sitting area. The second bedroom has a little more room with a King bed and with endless views.

INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot. Aspen House #23 has room for two cars. Please be respectful of other occupied cabins.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.

LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within fourteen business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.
