Great location, great communication

Cute cottage-vibe house with lake access, close to Ameris Amphitheatre. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and very clean. Owners very responsive to questions.

Great house on the lake. Very clean. Comfortable beds and a decent sized kitchen. Wi-Fi worked great. The walk down to the lake is a little steep so just be sure to have good shoes and take it slow on the way back up. Or be in better physical shape than our group.

Great weekend with family. We loved the house, well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable, perfect for us and our dog. Thoughtful touches like dog bowls, a binder with all sorts of great info, and comfy beds and linens made it feel very homey. The dock and private cove were amazing for floating in the lake on a hot sunny day! If you've been to Lanier before you know its busy in the summer, but we loved the location and calmness of the cove!

Great Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time! The house is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you need to prepare meals. Wake up to the birds chirping and water views through the trees. Close proximity to the beautiful downtown square, restaurants, shops, and a myriad of things to do.

Easter Weekend

The house has a modern interior. Bedrooms and bathrooms appear to be recently updated as well as the kitchen. It was very quiet the entire weekend. We we close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pathway to the dock at the lake. We even had some deer walk through the yard one evening. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great visit

We were in the area for a dance recital but decided to make it a mini vacation. We enjoyed the house very much. There were a couple of stains on the carpet in the tv room but it wasn’t a big deal and is the only reason for the 4 stars. Also be sure of your dates because I needed one more day and almost immediately after booking asked for a modification but realized it had never happened before the trip and we almost didnt get the extra night The trail to the dock is very steep so be careful
