Clean, bright (daytime) / well-lit (evening), with excellent options for food, entertainment, art, culture, etc. all within easy walking distance.*If* you are especially sensitive to street noise, earplugs would be a good idea. Never loud enough to wake us but was definitely quite boisterous at times. This property exceeded our expectations and was fairly priced for all that was provided / available.
