Palmvillas 39A is a 4-bedroom spacious villa, located in a calm residential area of Vilamoura, a well know resort to have all the amenities you expect for a relaxing memorable holiday, whether you prefer to spend your time in the villa premises or take advantage of the exiting adventures offered at the marina. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, a second twin on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms both on the 1st floor, one of which is an en-suit with a corner bath. The kitchen is also very spacious, furnished and fully equipped in a typical Portuguese style. The town center of Quarteira and its beaches as well as the Marina of Vilamoura are 2.5kms away, 5 min drive or 20/30 min walk. There is a private pool 4 by 8 mts (13 by 26 ft) and a BBQ set in a tropical garden rich in palms and well-kept plants. The large living room (600 sq ft) has a dining table set for 10 people and a French door that opens out onto the garden. There are also 2 large supermarkets 1,5 kms away which meet all your needs during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times. In the town of Quarteira you can easily find many family run restaurants for local food at very economical prices. The villa situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This villa is semi-detached to Palmvillas39B, but each have their private grounds, pool and BBQ. Includes mid-week cleaning with change of towels.

We had a lovely stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it. The villa was very spacious, with large rooms throughout, and the pool was a fantastic size—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free.The location was also great, with a supermarket and the beach both within a reasonable distance, around a 15 minute walk to supermarket and 30 minutes to the beach or Marina. We also used BOLT for taxi transfers which was reasonably priced.Our only criticism was that there was no air conditioning downstairs. There was a very large living room on the ground floor that would have been ideal to use, but without air conditioning it became too hot, so unfortunately it went to waste during our stay.Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our time at the villa.

Hi Maria. Thank you for your review on the property and the positive information. As for the air conditioning, there was no air conditioning advertised at all when you booked in October last year. This was a project that I have decided to do, to upgrade the villa during last winter, meaning you had booked a villa without air conditioning. I've installed air conditioning in all bedrooms which includes de ground floor as you may recall, except the living room and kitchen, although there was a large fan which could be used. I am sorry to learn that this was unsatisfactory, but then I should recommend when making your next booking, please check availability of air conditioning in all rooms. As for the stay, I glad you've enjoyed overall the other aspects of the property as mentioned by you. Kind regards Carlos

The villa was so spacious with a fantastic outdoor area. The pool was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Carlos was there to greet us and was very helpful half way through when I asked him a question. We definitely stay again.

Fantastic villa

Absolutely brilliant stay, villa contained everything we needed and was very clean. Carlos was always on hand for queries and really welcoming. The kids loved the pool and having barbecues. Would definately recommend to anyone, families or groups.

Large, clean, close to all amenities. 25 mins airport, 10 mins beach, water park. Well equipped. Just need a door stop or hook on back door if a bit breezy'Lovely host.

Amazing family holiday

We cant thank Carlos enough so easy to deal with and so helpful, really beautiful villa nice and quite area but still not to far from local harbor and beaches, Taxi ride if you have young kids. Pool area was great and kept all of us happy for the entire week. We are looking into staying again in the near future.

Extended family stay

We were a family of 8, the villa was huge, great for those with accessibility needs. Plenty of room, we didnt feel crowded or on top of each other. The area was good, around a 20 min walk to restaurants and to bars etc. Carlos was a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend

What a gorgeous villa Carlos has. The photos make the rooms look smaller than they really are. There is so much space and the pool area was just perfect!Carlos was a fantastic host, even going to the supermarket on the day of arrival so we had breakfast for the next morning. Family Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa which is situated in a quiet residential street. Although we had a car we could easily walk into the marina (about a mile) The owner Carlos was extremely charming and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and garden areas are well maintained, we had bbq one evening and Carlos kindly gave us some charcoal! A great family break.

This villa is absolutely amazing, with an equally brilliant host in Carlos. The property is extremely well looked after and very clean throughout, with everything you need to truly make yourself at home for the duration of your stay. The pool and gardens are perfect; it's clear that Carlos puts a lot of effort into maintenance. The villa is situated on a very quiet road, only a 15 minute walk to Continente or Pingo Doce, and around 30 minutes to Quarteira beach.We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in an Algarve Villa. Simply wonderful.

Beautiful villa in the best location

We absolutely loved our stay here. Carlos was amazing. We had a really late arrival so he arranged for some food and drink to be at the villa for when we arrived. He was also very helpful when it came to getting out and about of the villa. Vilamoura itself is a beautiful place and the Marina was a brilliant place to visit during the day and of an evening, with some lovely restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful villa in great location

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay in this lovely villa. The property is spacious and very comfortable. It is well-equipped and spotlessly clean.The garden and pool are of particular note- as a family we love the beach but only visited once during our stay as the pool was too good to leave!A final word about Carlos, our host. He is discreetly available at all times and his maintenance of the pool and garden is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for Carlos and he will certainly do everything to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Amazing villa. Wonderful host. Villa is very spacious with air conditioned bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool a great size for a large family. Three bathrooms which were very useful.Supermarket is a 5 min drive away and Vilamoura is about 5-7 mins drive away.Taxis were only about 8 euro for large 7 seater through uber. No real difference from local taxi rank either.Very highly recommended.

Excellent villa (semi-detached) for a group of friends or large family. The villa has all the facilities needed for a holiday and it is very well maintained. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. It has a lovely pool (with pool towels) and plenty of sunbeds plus an outdoor table and chairs. It is also alarmed and has a safe.The location suited our party as we don’t mind walking to restaurants and bars. The nearest is about a 15 minute walk and the marina is around 35 minute away. We did use a few taxis when we were there, but these were very affordable (especially Uber).There is a road at the rear of the property so you do get a bit of traffic noise, but this did not detract from what was a fantastic stay.The owner (Carlos) was there to greet us on arrival, even though we were very early. He is a very good host and can provide lots of information. There is also a manual in the villa, which helps. We were allowed to leave our luggage whilst the villa was being prepared.There is an also a mid-week clean with a change of towels, etc.We have been staying at villas for well over 10 years and this one has been the best overall.We have no hesitation to recommend the villa and we would definitely return.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, besonders in der Villa-Umgebung, die eine entspannte Atmosphäre bietet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Parfait !

La villa est exactement la même qu'en photo, magnifique et très propre ! L'endroit est très calme et idéal pour des vacances en famille. Gros plus : changement des serviettes de toilettes 2x par semaine, des draps de lit 1x par semaine avec le ménage.. tout est parfaitement géré. Carlos est un hôte très gentil, discret et très humain. Voiture appréciée malgré tout avec des petits loups car quelques kms pour aller vers le port/la plage. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce lieu où nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Merci Carlos !

Lots to Love About Villamoura…

The house and backyard pool area is very well kept - as advertised on VRBO. It’s a great location in an upscale and safe neighborhood and very close to grocery stores. Car traffic on the road behind the house was loud but we got used to it. Carlos is a wonderful host - went out of his way to get the wifi fixed when we had issues during our stay. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

This property was designed and buit for my family use. And it provided many years of pleasure. However the children grew up and when on with their own lives, and it just became too big for 2. So we decided to give it a try and manage it as a holiday rental. Its been a success for the last 20 years.
