Our visit to Brevard was fun & relaxing. The Davis property was clean & comfortable, with private space as well as a large living room with forest views and a kitchen with everything necessary.While there we saw numerous birds, a fox, 5 deer, and just before our departure, one of Brevard's famous white squirrels! Overall, I don't think we could have found a better place that met our needs for a few days of relaxation within our travel budget.

This is the 3rd time that my group has stayed here, so I guess that we really like it. The kitchen is well supplied, and it's big enough that 3 of us can prepare meals together. The house is spotlessly clean, with lots of amenities like outdoor games, camp chairs, beach towels, etc. There are loads of extra towels and blankets should they be needed. Parking is good, but some people get nervous about the steep drive. There is parking in front of the house. Communication is very good. The location is perfect for our annual trip to Mountain Song Festival, and it is very quiet, just like the rest of Brevard.

Location was great. Very cozy. Property could have used a deep clean though. Some opened food items were left behind from previous visitors. Blinds /windows/baseboards were dirty. One queen bed was extremely squeaky that two people could not sleep in it. Also, one of the twin beds was terribly squeaky.

Second time staying here, and it was just as hard to leave when it was checkout time. It's convenient to so many sites and Brevard is such a gem. I particularly love how affordable this place is, which is one of the perks that keeps me coming back. If you're looking for a challenging hike with an overwhelming payoff, the Green River Narrows in Saluda are absolutely stunning.

Every time we think we’ll vacation some place else, Brevard, this home and its hosts bring us back. It’s a wonderful home in the perfect location to enjoy all Brevard, the Pisgah forest and surrounding area have to offer. We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Downtown Brevard is easily accessible walking or driving. We had some good hiking in the Pisgah National Forest which is also very easy to get to.
