Central location was walking distance to attractions, food, & the Metro. Locker storage was bit of a pain before afternoon check, ability to store luggage @ the site would be nice. Overall great place would absolutely stay again!

Very strick check in time, not a minute earlier. Not very clear instruction on how to open the door upon first entry, but after that it was ok. Not sure why there is no toilet paper holder nor any bar or hooks for towels. But location is excellent! 2 bathroom is great! It was nice for a family of 4. Thank you!

Disliked: Check-in, communication
I would not recommend this host if you need to check-in even 10 minutes from the check-in time. The host only got in contact with me the day of the arrival, even I have set messages to him before. Only sent the instructions to check-in 25 minutes of the checkin time, with a note saying to arrive only after 3pm. Worst experience ever.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious and very clean. A few things to note. 1. The key fob was not in the room so we had to wait for it to be bought to us. 2. The 2nd room had no towels. 3. The wifi went out on day 2 so we did not have wifi for 3 of 5 days stay. 4. The electricity went out on day 2. This was resolved later that evening. Overall I did like the space and the location near Rossio Square. Everything was a few blocks walking distance.

Great central location

The property is located at a prime location and a short walk to many places worth visiting. The property itself is clean and spacious. The rental company supplies linens, towels, and dish washing detergent, but plan on bringing your own paper towels. I appreciated the responsiveness of the Rental company whenevrr I needed them.

The apartment is very nice - close to everything - shopping, the waterfront, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. An issue arose though when we came home from being away for the day and came home to find that the water to the apartment had been shut off. I realize that issues happen but, it proved to be very frustrating to try to get the issue fixed! I ended up meeting a technician in the maintenance room at 1:00AM to solve the problem. Although there were three methods of communication to try to solve the problem - VRBO, WhatsApp & FLHCustomer Service - I feel that the issue should have had more urgency. It was not just a sink that was not working, it was the whole apartment that did not in fact have any water. Frustrating for sure!

Doesn’t feel like home at all !!!

The property is missing all the small fine details. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom, the showers leak water outside so it always get wet. There were no extra towels provided so if you used the towels to wipe the floor then you were out of luck. There is a bowl full of keys for every single door. My wife got locked inside the bathroom and it needs a key to open. It took us 30 min to find the right key, none of this is mentioned in check in process. There is low lighting in the house. No extra trash bags and overall poor air conditioning. I would not recommend this place
